Clean, near MRT,
its a decent hotel and quite well maintained one, so the room and toilet are clean. WIFI available at room - excellent More important thing is near MRT and near Orchard Road

Excellent Value Budget Hotel.
This hotel has all of the basic facilities and no frills like a minibar with alcohol. Since I don't drink that was not a problem. I used the fridge to store real milk for my early morning coffee. Breakfasts were simple but wholesome. The website or Reception should give better details of access through Park Mall which has escalators to avoid having to climb steep outside steps from Penang Road in the rain.

The stay was fine
Location, price, location
Average. Nothing too outstanding or outrageous. Beds were small but that was to be expected. The best part was the location being so close to a bust MRT station.

Value for money, Location is near malls and quiet
the Hotel is quite erie, seems like a scene from a horror film, but when morning came, everything was ok.

If you value sleep DO NOT STAY HERE
We checked out after 2 sleepless nights. The first night the noisy fridge and air-conditioning kept us awake, the second night it was a group of tourists checking into their rooms at 1.30am talking noisily in the hallway with blatant disregard for sleeping residents in the accommodation. The people in the room next to us could not enter their room but kept trying 15 times to open the door, banging it each time. After two attempts of asking them to be quiet, we gave up and checked out the very next morning.
