Good location and newly-renovated rooms. The towels provided had holes in them. Nothing provided in the fridge. The restaurant and breakfast were poor. Cost of wifi was very high. Really not value for money and I wouldn't recommend unless you really just want a place to sleep.

Generally ok, however in mrg awoken by noises of next door, every mrg about 9.30am there will be a staff knocking at door to ask to check the toilet which is very disturbing while still sleeping.

Very unfriendly staff except (Deputy Manager). Breakfast quality very average. Had to change room because Aircon could not be regulated was very cold. The following room the same: aircon did not work again!! Very loud false fire alarm at one point. Wifi has to be paid. No atmosphere, very cool overall feeling. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were friendly and let me check in early. Room was clean and looked like it was recently refurbished. Very close to Dhoby Ghaut station and orchard road.
