Very poor value for money
Nothing was satisfying except the location

Very unfriendly staff except (Deputy Manager). Breakfast quality very average. Had to change room because Aircon could not be regulated was very cold. The following room the same: aircon did not work again!! Very loud false fire alarm at one point. Wifi has to be paid. No atmosphere, very cool overall feeling. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, great price, perfect for families
This hotel had easy accessability to the MRT with just less than 3 minute walk. The room we got was a family room with 4 single beds and a large room area. This is hotel is worth thece given its locat

We had stayed at Fort Canning lodge 10+ years ago, and found the hotel acceptable, so tried it again, this time with two young children in tow. We booked an Executive room, and got an extra bed and a cot. It was a tight fit, but fine since we were not in the room for that long. The room was clean, the service was fine. We would have used the pool but the afternoon we were planning to, there was a thunderstorm. Breakfast was included, and while it wasn't an outstanding spread, it was acceptable. For the price and what we got, the hotel was just what we expected.

Clean & good maintained Hotel

We're 6 0f us stayed, 4 adults & 2 teenage girls (12Y &14Y),Therefore we're only rented 2 rooms
Unfortunately,the Staffs are very strict. By the time we're checked in they started counting how many persons we are. Without any consideration, required that we have to pay 2 extra beds at a price nearly 60% of a room we rent. That's Ridiculous. That's the only one complain for this Hotel. Besides, everything was quiet nice.The Building &Interior rooms has been old & simple, but the condition of the Room & hotel facilities are very good Maintained.clean, and the location is easy access to all areas by MRT
