Room is very clean and comfortable.

It's easy access to Orchard.
In spite of our request that "don't disturb"
supervisor knocked at our door sometimes. We stayed at four seasons hotel with our dog.
Every staff are friendly to our dog and they prepare for our dog's items. If you stay at with your dog,your stay will be fun and comfortable!!
Shopping Tip : This Hotel is located near Orchard Rd.
It's easy to access everywhere and makes your hotel life comfortable.

Location. Service. Pools. Comfortable rooms. breakfast After much deliberation on which hotel to stay in for our trip to Singapore we decided on the Four Seasons and were not disappointed at all. We were immediately upgraded to a gorgeous larger room on the 14th floor with fantastic views. the personalised service given at the Four Seasons is worth mentioning, they were always lovely and helpful and attentive to all our needs.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, the location is brilliant and taxi rides to most areas you want to see/ eat/ drink at are really affordable.

location, quality of bed, bed sheets, towels, etc. awful, you have to be charge for internet, when equally better hotels provide that to guess for free. The quality of service specially the hotel staff are superior. The location is good for Orchard hotel. The bed, pillows, bed sheets, towels are good and so with the bath jell and soap.
The charging of internet at $35 is unreasonable especially we knowing this cost. The restaurants are good.
Rooms getting old and gray. Should need an upgrade soon.

Location at the top end of Orchard Road.

Concierge.
We stayed for 2 nights on a long layover in Sinapore. We enjoyed the hotel's beautiful atmosphere. Perfect flowers daily. Great directions from the concierge who referred us to a neat restaurant on the waterfront. Great for business people as well. We utilized the gym facilities complementary at the end of our stay prior to a late night flight which was outstanding.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The MRT station int he new ION mall is a great way to access the city. Its just a short walk from the hotel. The concierge will give you directions.

Free rollaway bed for the kid Breakfast is ok but not great, especially for a 5 star hotel in Asia. Good value for money at Agoda rates. Great service. Nice room (superior) with excellent bathroom and quite nice views (13th floor). Good location, steps away from Orchard Road. Small luxury hotel with personalized service. Excellent front-desk staff (special thanks to Reginne).

This was my third time to book the 4 Seasons and so far, my best experience. Staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly. The king bed in my room so far was the best Ive ever tried. Ive been traveling for over 30 years and stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Savoy, Peninsula, Beverly Hills Hotel, Grand Hyatt, Hotel Meurice and the like and so far, the 4 Seasons Singapore has the most comfy bed in my book. The room I occupied was also impeccably clean Hotel location is a little off the beaten path. They should construct a special path to Orchard St. Breakfast at $52 is a little steep. Internet connection should also be complimentary for guests like the other hotels Ive stayed in the past year. For the money, 4 Seasons Singapore was worth every cent I paid even if I had to pay more for the extra day I stayed. Hotel staff are well trained to attend to all the guests needs and requirements. They are well trained and have a good attitude. Bottom line is, Any hotel can have the best amenities, comfortable rooms, multiple outlets, etc but only a few hotels like the 4 Seasons Singapore have the best trained staff. They are true hoteliers.

Very quiet and attentive Personal propretée impecable Very well located, with Orchard Road link I found this hotel very well located and pleasant as a whole, the reception is very quiet which is not the case of certain hotels. In any event I highly recommend it.
Travel tip : Orchard Road are accessing via the link with the Hilton hotel. No need to take a taxi.
