Room is new and comfortable. Better than expect.
Hotel staffs are really sweet.
Hotel located on Geylang 18 street. Can walk from MRT around 15-20 mins. or take a bus which bus stop is next to the hotel.
There are so many traditional restaurants around the hotel area, so foods are easy to find.
Nice for night life area.
Room looks new and clean. Air-con, TV, hot shower,
+ best bed ever!
I think, location, hotel placed in area which not suitable for small children.
And quite far from MRT.

A very good value hotel in a city where hotel prices are quite high, provides good secure accommodation.
Not too much in the way of facilities in the hotel but a great place to stay if you are making a short business trip (and you don't have a huge expense account).
Staff very helpful, a great hotel if you are on a budget. Located in a more relaxed area of Singapore which is a welcome change from the more upmarket atmosphere found elsewhere.
Reasonable price (hotels in Singapore are expensive), very clean , good service, only a short cab ride to the city centre.

- Nightlife Tip : The night life around the hotel is quite busy and there are many Chinese and India food shops at very reasonable prices.

I think that it's a good hotel, the best thing is that its clean and the place seem new, everything is well painted and in good conditions, besides for the price we paid it was ok. Of course there are some details that they have to fix in the room but these are minor repairs. Personally I like that my room is clean and those rooms satisfy me.

Though the hotel is somewhat near the MRT station, it is in the red light district. The room smells, and the bathroom is very dirty. The roads leading to the hotel are very dirty and have strong smell. Do yourself a favor when traveling. Avoid staying at this hotel!
15 minute-walk to the MRT station.
Hotel is very dirty, with trash in the elevator.

Reasonable priced hotel with lots of restaurants near by as well as the Singapore subway to take you downtown.
Price, clean, close to subway.
Red light district but that did not bother us.
Hotel staff did not know the area that well.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Take the subway to Singapore. Easy walk and the subway can take you to most locations.

rooms are very small but they are very clean and very cheap. in red light district so if you are travelling with family i would not recommend

The hotel room apperance lived up to the price of what you've paid. The toilets have no shower curtain, rooms are small for 2 persons but enough for a single person. This hotel is ok for budget traveler who do not want to spend extra money for a more decent hotel. All in all, you get what you paid for so don't expect more from this hotel.
Cheap and walking distance from eateries
Check-in was very late (2-3pm) and you have to check-out very early (12pm).
- Restaurant Tip : There are lots of eateries in vicinity but you won't like the food and the presentation if you are choosy.

The quality/price is good. Rooms are clean. The incovenient is when you get a shower, water spills everywhere. For going to town, you can walk (5-10 minutes) to the underground "Aljunied" or you can take a taxi (not very far from town). For going to the beach, is not very far in taxi. Around you can find something to eat at any time.
