this is an excellent budget hotel, providing with clean rooms with TV, fridge, hair dryer. the rooms are small but comfortable. the hotel has a friendly staff. but the biggest drawback is its distance from main road and mrt (tube) station. it takes approx 20 minutes to walk to the mrt station :(. recommended for budget stay, if distance from mrt is not an issue.

The location is not suitable for family travelers, because during night time, the hotel location is surrounded by pubs and karaoke.

The hotel should only be used as a last resort when other options aren't available.
