great staff, very convenient location next to met

staff was great on arrival and with any assistance. however, the rooms had poor ventilation which caused rooms to grow mould on the ceilings and the room actually stunk like mould. bad experience at a hotel room. although it had a great location, the rooms were poorly maintained

Location is near Clark Quay MRT station and bus stop. Nice room, but if you stay near lift, it's a little bit noisy at the morning.but, nice room service.

good location, near from clarke quay mrt station, central mall and clarke quay riverside. just walk about 3-5 minutes to those places.
Bathroom was very tiny, and sometimes the water heater didn't work well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
walk to clarke quay riverside (behind the central mall), there are many reataurants around riverside. but i guess the price is very expensive.

Near to shopping mall, restaurant, pubs, etc.
Helpful staff tell us the attraction and nice food around.
MRT station is quite a distance from the hotel and not suitable for those who prefer a quiet environment.

this hotel near to mrt and it's easy to find, but it's a bit hard to find dining there, because it's located in citizen society. but it also has central shopping mall there so that we can find food there by crossing just one road.
Hotel Feature Tip:
This hotel provide hairdryer for woman, so you do not need to bring it from home anymore.

Staff very friendly.The hotel is located in a good location which is very close to the Clarke Quay. The room i got was quite small(a twin bed takes up most of the room) and there was no window. I guess that was the standard room. I think the price is fair during New Year. My room was near the elevator so it was quite noisy in the morning. Overall it is a good choice if you plan to spend most of the time ourside sightseeing or shopping an merely come back to the hotel for a sleep.

i cant believe my self when i travel to Singapore staying at this hotel. first impression i was so dissapointed as the room was really small, and there was no window at all. we have to add 20 dollar per night if we want to get a room with window. as an impact with no window, we have to keep the room temperature below 20 otherwise everything (floow and wall) will gonna get wet. this can be difficult if you have baby then you might need to keep the temperature not that low.
Travel tip:
good hotel if you only travel for yourself or couple without kids.
