Lovely Hotel with a Great Service

Well, Initially I booked the hotel without the breakfast, but they do welcome me with breakfast voucher. Something that make me feel happy, as I got something extra that I should have. Great service provided by receiptionist with great smile , and its worth for the price I paid too.

great location but crappy room

the location of the hotel is really good, near the mrt, and walking distance to mall and restaurants, but really disappointed with the room. It's really small, and the bathroom smells, bedsheets and pillowcases smell like it had not been changed.
Hotel Feature Tip:
bring your own slippers, as the hotel does not provide slippers for superior rooms' guests.

the room and toilet are small. we booked the superior room and it has no windows. we upgraded the room with windows for additional sgd20. it's walking distance to clarke quay, a place fun with night life and nice views. 5 mins walk to chinatown. the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
