The hotel is nearby the MRT station and bus stop. Room is well cleaned. The room is too small. Room without window is cramped but the one with window could make us feel better. The location of the hotel is its most advantage. Short distance from the hotel to MRT and bus stop make it easy to go anywhere in S'pore. But roomrate is more expensive than the experience we have got from staying in this hotel. The facility in the room is good enough for budget travelers. In general, it is under 3 star.

small, noisy, dirty sheets It feels like you're living at a dorm, only, a dorm is still a lot better. What do I mean? Well, the shower is literally right next to the toilet and when you shower, you actually get the toilet sheet wet. The bathroom is small, the sheets are thin and nasty. You can't breathe because there are no windows!

Since the hotel is located near to the Buggis MRT commutation was very convinient.Centrally located hotel and is easily accessable The rooms are pretty small and so felt slightly conjusted Over all a decent hotel within a tourist budget, easy accebality makes the hotel prefrebale to any other near by hotels in Buggis/Lavender location.

Comfortable room and the receptionists were very nice. Hope next time there will be different breakfast served other than egg and ham everyday. Nice hotel. I had a great stay. I'd consider staying here again.

Friendly staff, pleasant environment,quiet community, good breakfast, a block away from MRT station and with 7 11 at the entrance. Very small rooms, the shower tends to spill water all over the bathroom and you can hear the sound of the other room. If you are looking for place to stay in Singapore and you are in a budget, I think this could be one of the best choice. The hotel staffs are very friendly especially in the dining area. The place is accessible to MRT station and I think it is a child friendly hotel. I am planning to bring my children with me in my next visit.

Very close to MRT station and food court. As price wise, this hotel is OK to me. However no window room makes me sick. (No flesh air and sun shine)
Also not free internet is little pain to expence.

Very near everything and only a few kilometers from Orchard Road I didn't see anything that I didn' like. It's affordable, they serve breakfast, it's only a few minutes from Orchard Road and half an hour from the airport.

The hotel is really close to Lavedor MRT station and quite in the night. Decent enough small but match to the price I think the hotel is good place for just stayin in the night. The hotel is close to the MRT station Lavendor and easy to find. The comlimentary breakfast is normal but it is stil Okey. If you prefer quiet place near the central city, the hotel is good place to stay. However no free internet connection.

Stayed there for 3 days, appears to be new and location is good. Make sure you ask for a room with windows (upon request). Clean room, quite area and pool, although small, will do after a long day out! Will be a return guest

Very close to Lavendar MRT. Has internet plus paid for Wifi. The housekeeping crew kept cleaning trolley right outside my corner room. The sheets are too thin and the comforter only came up to my chest Room small, similar to the other cheaper Fragrance chain of hotels. The mat outside the bathroom looked really ugly and dirty. Need to bring own bedroom slippers The staff was very efficient and the hotel is conveniently located close to the MRT station which is a big plus point. The area is quiet. The room was very small and the shower area was only separated by a curtain. However as a tourist, I didn't need to spend too many hours in the room.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is located only 2 stops away from City Hall MRT and upon exiting you can step out to a world of wonderful shopping at Raffles City or dine at the two hotels there.

Staff were friendly. Location near to metro and bus station. Swimming pool welcome after long days travelling round the city The bed was much harder than we are used to so therefore uncomfortable. We would have liked some teabags rather than the sweetened coffee mix We booked this hotel for 3 nights specifically for ease of carrying our baggage from metro from airport and to the bus station for onward travel. We stayed for 3 nights. The metro staion (Lavender Street) was close enough for easy travel to other areas of Singapore, we used it a lot for exploring. We paid for single trips as still cheaper than any of the multi-trip cards. We found the area to be friendly with cheap street food and drink outlets.Breakfast offered no choice, everyone got the standard fried egg, meat(not bacon), hash brown and toast with tea or coffee and orange juice but as served very quicky this suited us. Restaurant/bar was open throughout day/evening but we didn't use it. A small 7/11 store adjoins the hotel.Room was adequate size and clean but found the bed too hard. We would stay at this hotel again if we return to Singapore

very close to MRT station. The neighborhood is residential area, safe and quite. Great location, close to bus station and MRT station, only few mins walking distant.
the hotel room is not big but well equipped and clean. As we arrived very early than the check-in time, the staff still kindly offer us early check-in service. Really appreciated their help. Overall, I have nothing to complain.

Good location!: very close to MRT station and good Chinese food. very small room: too close to shower and washroom.
Bed is very hard. no iron and table in room. Price and location is very good.
However, shower room is same room in washroom:
the floor is very wet after having shower in washroom.
Also Internet access is very expensive at hotel.
