bobby the worker in the cafe for breakfast room size TINY we wanted a superior and got deluxe with 2 separate beds and a room you could just about walk in OKay - I would only recommend the cafe and breakfast.. the pool was good too.
Restaurant Tip : ask for bobby in the mornings for breakfast made our day

Very friendly and accomodating staff who goes out of their way to help you. Personalized service and very warm greetings whenever they see you. Some rooms can be noisy especially at night. Shower runs out of hot water after about 5-10 minutes. This hotel is value for money, with breakfast and swimming pool included for a budget price. The rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient. There are no other hotels with the same features at the same price range.
I will definately recommend others to stay in this hotel when travelling under a budget but enjoys convenience and a swimming pool.
Restaurant Tip : If hungry at nite, the 7-eleven downstairs has almost everything you'd want at a very cheap price. They also have proper meals that can be warmed in the in-shop microwave

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaners very noisy from early hours I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, the staff were very helpful and friendly but the room was terrible, I booked a superior room and when I arrived it was tiny with no windows and very noisy. This hotel is fine just for quick stop over.

Close to MRT station and in the area that can travel to anywhere including the airport easily. Small room. No shower curtain. Don't understand why. We stayed for 4 nights. Had expected worse, but overall it was ok especailly the short distance to Lavender MRT station (5 mins)can't imagine why someone would say it was far. The down point was really the room which was rather small and there was no shower curtain. Recommend for a single to stay and worth the prize.

- near to MRT and bus stop
- easy to get food
- 7-11 in outside hotel lobby.

- bed sheet is thinner than those usually available from other hotels

- no toilet paper for the period of my stay was provided with boxes of tissue instead.
stayed there end of Nov 2009 for 3 nights for my work trip. The location is quite nice as its near to mrt station (lavender) and bus stop. Its also near to lavender food court where some of the famous food stalls is located. only a stop away from bugis.
The facilities were ok with only few exceptions.
- air con making noise though barable
- sometimes the corridor outside the room smells
- bed sheets and blanket is ok only.
- water provided is not bottled as expected.

Clean, easily accessible to all place. Very small room, no sufficient space. The rooms of the hotel was extremley small.though the hotel was small it was neat & tidy.it is not even sufficient for a person.but the hotel is easily accessible to all places in an around singapore by trains & all buses.this helps us to save a lot of money for transportation to all places.indian resturants are available all around.
Restaurant Tip : Lots of Indian restaurants available around.

The hotel is nearby the MRT station and bus stop. Room is well cleaned. The room is too small. Room without window is cramped but the one with window could make us feel better. The location of the hotel is its most advantage. Short distance from the hotel to MRT and bus stop make it easy to go anywhere in S'pore. But roomrate is more expensive than the experience we have got from staying in this hotel. The facility in the room is good enough for budget travelers. In general, it is under 3 star.

small, noisy, dirty sheets It feels like you're living at a dorm, only, a dorm is still a lot better. What do I mean? Well, the shower is literally right next to the toilet and when you shower, you actually get the toilet sheet wet. The bathroom is small, the sheets are thin and nasty. You can't breathe because there are no windows!

Since the hotel is located near to the Buggis MRT commutation was very convinient.Centrally located hotel and is easily accessable The rooms are pretty small and so felt slightly conjusted Over all a decent hotel within a tourist budget, easy accebality makes the hotel prefrebale to any other near by hotels in Buggis/Lavender location.

Comfortable room and the receptionists were very nice. Hope next time there will be different breakfast served other than egg and ham everyday. Nice hotel. I had a great stay. I'd consider staying here again.

Friendly staff, pleasant environment,quiet community, good breakfast, a block away from MRT station and with 7 11 at the entrance. Very small rooms, the shower tends to spill water all over the bathroom and you can hear the sound of the other room. If you are looking for place to stay in Singapore and you are in a budget, I think this could be one of the best choice. The hotel staffs are very friendly especially in the dining area. The place is accessible to MRT station and I think it is a child friendly hotel. I am planning to bring my children with me in my next visit.

Very close to MRT station and food court. As price wise, this hotel is OK to me. However no window room makes me sick. (No flesh air and sun shine)
Also not free internet is little pain to expence.
