The hotel is conveniently located and surronded by various eating outlet. The nearest MRT station is Novena and it will take about 5 minutes by bus
leaving from the bus stop just in front of the hotel. The cleaning quality should be improved. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is conveniently located. Judging from the price as Singapore standard, it is value for money, althouhg you have to pay high price for internet access, which is demerit of all hotels in Singapore. The cleaning quality, particularly, on the floor can be improved by mopping thoroughly, while, this time, I found that the inside of lid of the toilet is not clean, which is disgusting. The hotel management should give
proper intstruction to house keeping staff to improve the cleaning quality of the room.
The room I stayed (403) didn't have hangers and
it is suggested that the hanging wire should be provided for the washed items.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall is located at walking distance from the hotel. You can learn various histroical relationship between Sun Yat Sen and Singapore. It is interesting place to visit.

The hotel is conveniently located and economical. The grade of cleanliness of the room can be improved. There are no hangers in the room, which should be provided (previously I stayed in another room, where there was a closet with hangers). There is no hanging wire for washed items, which should be provided. The grade of cleanliness of the room can be improved by mopping the floor everyday more thoroughly.
The staffs at the reception are very much friendly, helpful and competent.
Restaurant Tip : There are various eating outlets near to the hotel, so, you can enjoy local food any time.

conveniently located in terms of eating out and transportation by bus to Novena MRT station room was not thoroughly cleaned, particularly, the floor Compared with the previous stay, the cleanliness and tidiness of the room were poor, particularly, it seems that the floor was not mopped everyday, so, I can find some dust and hairs (hairs are not only on the floor but also in the drawer where the hair dryer is there). One day, I found a pillow case was under the bed, which was not properly taken care of by the house keeper.
