Rooms are small but clean. You get what you pay for and if you are on a tight budget and not going to spend much time in the room, then I guess it's a good bargain.
- Shopping Tip : Near Sim Ave. You can get great electronic stuff at great bargain.

You pay for what you get, and I think this was good value.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use the Aljuined MRT, it's the closest station and can take you most places. Also, take time to wander Pasir Ris, it's quiet and a short hop on the MRT.
