Near restaurants that is open 24 hrs and offers a variety of choices. convenient with bus station and taxi.If you are single or grp. of single people and needs a place to sleep then this is ur hotel. Basic hotel need and not for long stay travellers. Not family friendly.no amenities. Wifi is a rip off it is expensive. Location is good as it is convenient to bus station and taxi stop. Bring a hotel card with you to show the cab driver as it is situated in a tricky crisscross neighborhood.bathroom in the suprior room is ample and window ingapore more than three days then this hotel will not provide you a good rest as there are no amenities. If they have breakfast , dont get it, just go to the nearby restaurant.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Singapore is small so, taking a cab to and from hotel is convenient.

my stay was pleasant. i had a good sleep and the culture around the hotel is ineresting! the area is beaming with life and everything seems so close by.if you are into budget hotels in singapore, fragrance hotel sapphire is it!

Nice location, lots of cheap restaurants (decent dinner 3 SGD!) and bars very near by, 10 SGD taxi from the airport. The room was fairly large, too, with a fairly comfortable bed. The air conditioner was way too small for the room, so it never got below about 30 C inside. Decor was drab, but on the other hand, the hotel had hourly rates ;-). I just wanted some place to sleep for a couple of nights, so the hotel was more than adequate for my needs. I wouldn't stay there if I needed some place to stay inside the room for hours on end (for example, business travel).

Small room,no facilities,hard beds Fragrance Sapphire Hotel is one of the good hotel from Fragrance choices, in terms of Price.
The location is in beginning side of Gaylang Road.
Hotel's quite clean,but room size is so small and hard bed. There is no facilities in the room.
If you find 2star+ hotel with cleanliness , you can choose this hotel.
For transportation, quite far from MRT ,by walk approximately 15-20mins to Kallang MRT. The taxi service is available,to Orchard Road about SGD12-15,For your information, the night time round 10-11pm.is the most difficult time to find taxi in Gaylang Road.

Hygiene not so good. Located in the red-light district. Whenever I ride a cab to the hotel, drivers keep saying bad things about the district and seemed to judge those who stay at hotels in the district. Food in that district is famous though. staffs are friendly.
Restaurant Tip : Good food in the district.

I think it is a bit expensive for what it should be. It is far from the centre of the city, and I think there are same valued hotels in the centre of the city.

Extremely small room, hardly place to open a suitcase. No separate shower cabinet. It is probably around the same standard as most maids' room in Singapore..
