the hotel has a compete value, and near the MRT Station the hotel rooms so tiny, and the bathroom so miny tiny mo..haha.. trully this hotel is one of kind a good hotel in Singapore with a compete value, and the most important thing, this hotel is near MRT station. But this hotel need improvement with the bathroom, it's so small and only one person get in there except the person is a big fella so he/she can not get in ther..haha..but it's oke lah for 3 star hotel..

reception area,roof top swimming pool,and the location. very small room,not enough space to keep the luggage,no tap in the bathroom to wash hand or leg,bad smell in the room as well in the lobby area,windows in the room cannot be opened,slippy floor,very small bed not enough for two. except the location (near the little india mrt)no part of the hotel is good.no bellboy to take luggage into your room.

Room size, a big question mark Hotel staff was nice and friendly but the room was too small even with an infant, we entered and the room finished. Cleaning staff was also reducing their work but forgetting things at will......

The hotel is beside seven eleven and is just a few minute walk to little india mrt station. The hotel is just beside seven eleven so that's convinient. Plus its just near little india mrt so that's a very major plus as its very easy to go around Singapore by mrt. The bathroom though is very small that its just literally above the toilet seat so its kinda hard using the bathroom. The staff on the other hand is helpful and few of them are filipinos so tender loving care from them is a guarantee!!! I also like the fact that they have a pool so you could freshen up after a very hot and perspiring day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : very near the mrt station so its very accessable

the room is very very small it is only good for the price, but the room is too small, we can not even place our luggage. It is only good for single man to stay. But it is near MRT and Mustafa Center.

For Singapur the price is affordable.
It is really a factory of sleeping not a hotel!
Rooms very small, smell bad, wifi very expensive. I do not recomend it, there are many small and cheap hotels in Singapur, the rooms are really small, the shower falls on top of the toilet, the walls are dirty. Well situated but not the best. They do not have free wifi, the cost is 5S$ for half hour.

Location is quite good, near to MRT station The room rate is bit expensive due to location is far away from down town. The room is small. The location is bit far away from down town (eg, Orchard Rd.), and to room is small. This is consider bit expensive because this is like hostel. But one thing is good which is near to MRT station, only take 5min walking distance. Surronding is good, many food store nearby. Overall are good.

From the hotel, we could walked to either Dobby Ghaut Station or Bugis Station for about 15 minutes which meant that we were accessed to the 3 lines. The room was much smaller than what we expected. In fact, this was the smallest hotel room I have stayed. To my opinion, this kind of room does not worth the price.
Aithough as I mentioned above, from the hotel we can walk our way to 2 MRT stations, the way is a a bit far. The transportation is not that convenient. In summary, the quality of the Fragrance Hotel Selegie did not meet our expectation. We chose this hotel because it is ranked 3 stars. However, to our surprise, the size of the room is far too small. The transportation network around the hotel is also much less convenient than what is stated on the website of the hotel. Therefore, I think that the quality of the hotel does not worth the price.

Close to MRT station, walking distance to orchard, free instant coffee and mineral water everyday. Very small room, short bed I saw some reviews stating that the room is very small, but I did not believe it. But the truth is the room is indeed very small! It's even smaller than a dorm room, and also the length of the bed is not standard, probably only 170cm instead of the usual 200cm.
The positive point is that the room is clean, and the hotel provided mineral water and instant coffee in the room every morning. It's also close to MRT, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. We can easily find food nearby the hotel. There's a nasi lemak restaurant nearby, and a food corner serving hainanese chicken rice and laksa. It's within walking distance to Bugis and Orchard.

Cheap. roof top pool very nice. No window room was unwelcoming. Thin walls and doors mean you will hear much noise from outside. While the location is nice, and a decent pool on the roof to provide some sanity from your mini room, unless you are overly concerned about saving a few pennies, you may want to avoid this budget hotel. The staff was very friendly, and most things were ok, yet the tiny rooms are a major downside, and the quality of the bedding, towels, etc show the low cost emphasis throughout.

1. walking distance to most places, eg. shopping (day and night), foods (all types of foods, ie.Indian, Chinese, Malay, etc.).
1. No free internet service.
2. Room too small Booked this hotel thru internet for the Singapore Marathon.
The reception's staff was quite friendly, but still room for improvement,eg. should greet the guest,etc.when they come back from their shopping, lunch, dinner, etc.This will make the guest feel at home, esp for 1st. time guest.
Usage of internet service is chargeable, should be foc (as practice by most hotel of such grade and rate) , or at least limit to 1 hour per usage.

Very accomodating staff, good breakfast spread. Nice location Bed was kinda lumpy (but they changed my room after I complained). Bathrooms are clean but old. I stayed at Fragrance Selegie for two days in December. I was there on a business trip and the location was perfect for me since its just a few minutes walk to Little India MRT.
The staff is great- from the reception to the bell boys, everyone is helpful and courteous. The rooms are a little bit on the small size but are very clean and tidy.
The pool is on the rooftop and its best to go there early in the morning. Easy on the pocket and pleasant to stay in.
Shopping Tip : Sim Lim square is very close by if you want to shop for or even just browse for computers and related things.

Superb location, great facilities, Small room size, actually this problem can be solved. Placing more hanger and wall shelf will be very helpful for guest in storing their belongings. As in holiday, our things becoming more and more day by day, thus we need storage before we do final packing before we check out
Very small bathroom which has no hanger for your clothes or towel. Kindly put one multiple hanger inside the bathroom and we as the guest will be very thankful. After surfing fragrance group website, i chose Fragrance Selegie Hotel which has superb location. Why it is superb? Because following things are within distance
1.Bus stop (absolutely in front of hotel)
2.Convenience store (7/11) just next to hotel
3.MRT station (NE 7 LITTLE INDIA) only 350 meters away
4.Local food centre (chinese, indian and vegetarian) is only 150 meters from hotel
Front office staff are very helpfull, they solved our type of room problem accordingly.
Breakfast selection offered are great, housekeeping responded guest request swiftly.
And most of all they have swimming pool at the top floor of the building
At the lobby there is also tour desk, selling excursion tour, very convenience for 1st time visitor in Singapore
Hotel Feature Tip : Since the room is very small, bringing big luggage will become problem for your stay. Should you bring big luggage please choose the bigger room type.
