Its my repeat stays. Unfortunately this time my experience is bad.I stayed in Room 06-23 and the aircon in both the rooms were not working. Only living room is fine. We called up for repair at 7.15am but was informed technician not working till 8.30am so we request for fan and only arrives after 50 mins waiting time. By then, our whole family were sweating as the weather in Singapore is very hot with the morning sun shining into our apartment. Since this is a 5* hotel, i believe there should be room for improvement.

- The great so called Hotel ever that i have been.
- coz usually i will bring my kids for staycaion to hotels in Singapore.
_ and this was the best ever.
- the kids loves so much on the swimming pool and playground. they can do 2-in-1.
- i love bring in the kitchen, coz weekdays im hardly into the kitchen due to bz working.
- so weekdays most of the times my mum will cooked.
- i feel so like hommies at Fraser PLace.
