Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Strategic location, near the MRT station, room is clean, and best view to the Singapore flyer, Esplanade etc
The hotel is luxurious, beyond my imagination. With the reasonable room rate, I got a very nice room, spacious, and really a good view to the Singapore city. I enjoy the night view from my room window at 11th floor. To the clarck quay is only about 5 minutes walking. Also the same time required for walking to the heart of chinatown. I highly recommend this hotel for staying and relaxing.
Shopping Tip : Chinatown center is just a walk away from the hotel, which you can shop anything from souvenirs, foods, cloths, chinese ornaments etc. It is really very convenience.

near to public transportation going to town
This was my second time stay in this hotel. What made me chose to stay in this hotel again just because the hotel is very near to public transportation which very convenience to me. I agreed with other hotel guests that the fee charged by the hotel for using hotel’s internet is too expensive. It should be free of charge for hotel guest or a minimal charge to be applicable.
Again I was unhappy with Agoda which do not check with the hotel whether they have received or not the booking confirmation for me. I have to call the hotel the day before I check-in to check whether they have received or not the booking confirmation. When the hotel informed me that they have not received then I have to inform Agoda this situation. Again this gave troublesome, inconvenience and wasted my time. Only after Agoda called the hotel then my booking confirmation was received by the hotel. I hope Agoda will be more responsible by calling the hotel before the customer check-in to ensure the hotel received the booking. Just given the confirmation number to your customer and not making the check with the hotel in my opinion is inadequate. Or should the customer calls the hotel before the check-in day to check whether the hotel receives or not the booking confirmation? However, I believe this should be Agoda responsibility. Therefore Agoda needs to carefully observe this situation so that it can improve the poor service provided and will not happen again in future.

the Furama City Centre Hotel has fantasic rooms, with great beds, a bath, flat screen TV - basically every thing you would ever want. Excellent location in China Town and very handy to MRT station, internet, shops and restuarants. Pool is very nice and staff are very friendly and helpful. Although no late checkout can leave luggage and use showers when you pick up luggage. This hotel is highly recommended.
Hotel Feature Tip : Although no late checkout can leave luggage and use showers when you pick up luggage.

- Clarke Quay - See the legacy of Singapore's history by cruising down the Singapore River in an authentic bumboat. Bumboats piled cargo back and forth between ships moored in the busy port and many warehouses along the river banks, before the days of containerized shipping. The cruise passes godowns and old shophouses, that now stand as the silent reminders of the past. Don't forget to catch a glimpse of Furama Hotel from the River.
- Far East Square is built on the traditional Chinese concept of yin and yang - in which the universe and life is kept in balance by the 5 elements: water, fire, wood, metal and earth. Check out the "Fuk Tak Chi" Museum, which gives you a glimpse into the way of life of early immigrants. Then take a slow stroll through the Heritage Trail and discover interesting facts about the bygone era.
