The hotel has been renovated. the room is satisfactory, only a bit clamp with the bathroom's door facing the beds. It is near to China town where some gorgeous restaurant can be found there. It is covenient and just a distance walk to MRT station. The public bus services is also a distance walk from the hotel

The shower water pressure is high even when i'm staying at the high floor and with a separate shower space and tub. breakfast is not value for money with little variety. The hotel has fantastic location, it is nearby the famous chinatown and we could easily taste good chinese cusine at the food court by 2 mins walk. If you intend to stroll and window shopping at about 5mins walk you could find a shopping mall and a hawker center with great food. We are near to the clark quay whereby there is lots of pubs to cheerup great places for clubbing.
Restaurant Tip : Nearby to chinatown and clark quay and orchard.

- convenient location near MRT China Town and Clark Quay
- good service - tiny gym without window
- standard room I got is tiny, like 3.50x3.50 excluding toilet and attach to lift core so I hear elevator running up and down at night.
- old-fashion 4-star interior look and feel.
- Low ceiling in room and dining area Restaurant Tip : adjacent mall has everything u need: mobile sim, food stall, fruit.
Across the main street has 7Eleven
Further is charming food street, good for seafood and other outdoor dinner.
10-min walk North: Clark Quay for strolling and bar along river.
15-min walk South: Bar and Disco area. U can walk back to hotel without using cab (50% charge more after midnight)

Absolutely loved the glass walls in the bathroom. The wait while checking in was too long. My stay at The Furama City Centre was overall excellent, with exception of the wait at the front desk while checking in. The room cleanliness exceeded it's expectations, and the staff was very helpful and courtious to my every need. I definitely recommend this hotel to anybody looking for great service and a comforteable, hassel free hotel.
Nightlife Tip : All the hot dance clubs and bars are only a few minutes away.

It is comfortable at Furama city center hotel, It is also convenient when beside the hotel, many cheap food is available.
Bus station is also at downtown, Taxe and metro is also available there, Hotel staff is also clever and help us all.
We enjoyed tour, so we just stay at hotel a little time.
On the whole, it is excellent.

The refurbished superior room was a great use of space and good facilities within the room. The balcony needs some colour however it looks like a work in progress. Staff were friendly and helpful.Good service. The hotel exterior is dated contrasting the lobby and access to the hotel is not straightforward.As mentioned above there was vacant space in the balcony which was not accesible.Unless you love Chinatown the location wasn't great for us. After much deliberation in choosing a hotel, we probably made a choice of a good hotel but in a terrible location for our personal activities while we were there. While public transport access was easy, the hotel was a tad out of the way for us. Having said that, we still had good access to food and shopping, so depending on your activities this may be a good location for you. The newly refurbished rooms was small but great use of space with good fittings. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a short-stopover for shopping as it was great value for money.
Restaurant Tip : There are a number of great little food stalls in the People's Park Centre. Great cheap food. Also many food stalls are open very late across the road.

good view , nice and clear room Please don't wash the swimming pool on the morning which people use to swimming on the morning. which can wash your pool when is closing time at night. This hotel staff is nice.The bellman is helpful and have a great smile.Hotel room is clean and big, but air-com in my room is not working need have service and check all the time when customer check out each time.And the hotel car park is too small.This hotel is value for money.

Nice new renovated room that is clean and beautiful. Hotel is centrally located, which is accessible to shopping and eatery easily. Hotel staff very helpful. Nothing to complain, except in-room food service was too slow. This is my second stay in this hotel, this time round i got a new renovated room and it is real nice and clean.

Location very good, it near to MRT station and China town. We couldn't find any place for breakfast The hotel location is easily found, the room is clean, very confortable quite big. MRT station, China Town, food court and shopping center is in walking distance.

Very clean, strategic location, and very near to Chinatown The hotel is located adjacent to the Chinese area, and its easy enough to find using the subway system. There are lots of places in which to eat nearby, and also lots of shops. Perfect spot to begin exploring Singapore. The Chinatown market had the best bargain good for souvenir.

large room, good front desk, near MRT, near all shopping very helpful concierge on arrival to assist with luggage as the reception is on the second level and need assistance if with heavy luggage. many front desk assistants to check in and check out. comfortable lounge to relax. clean large room and hotel only 5 minutes walking distance to MRT and taxis are easily available. Near 3 large shopping malls and a S$1 bus ride to the Funan electronic centre, free wi-fi there as the hotel charges for wi-fi. Food centres are in all the 3 malls
Travel tip : transportation by MRT or bus takes you anywhere when you step out of the hotel. No need to bother with expensive taxis.

location very good as it is near to the MRT station. this is my first and short trip to Singapore, Furama hotel have a very comfortable room, after the whole day visiting and sightseeing, i am very tire and the room is quite nice for relaxing. It is quite big and more then enough for two persons, i can see the China town, MRT out from the window. i will choose Furama again for next trip.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : is it near to china town, MRT, very convenient to take MRT for next stop.

The hotel is clean and excellent location, amongst the shopping places in Chinatown. The F & B outlets need to improve.We couldn't find an outlet that serve Chinese Cuisine considering this hotel is located in Chinatown. We drove from Kuala Lumpur and found the hotel location easily. A good point, the hotel provides car parking facility. We found the room clean & spacious. Except for the F & B outlets, we couldn't find a Chinese Restaurant for dinner & had to go out. However, plenty of choices of food surroundung the hotel, you can either go to Chinatown or Clarke Quay which is a short walking distance from hotel. Overall, we had an enjoyable trip staying at Furama City.
Shopping Tip : Very near, within walking dsitance to most Chinatown shopping & food outlets. Also, a walking distance to Clarke Quay for nite experience by the river & dining.

The meeting area and dining area in lobby The bar was closed for some reason and we had to go out to meet some people I've stayed at the Furama several times and find its rooms generous and very clean and modern. The meeting and dining area is good for buisiness people. The staff at the door are very good. My work is in the waterfront and Chinatown area and it is very easy to get to from the Furame. I feel it exceeds its status.
