Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The room is fantastic, the walls of the toilet are see through windows and the bathtub is classy and huge. The room itself looks newly renevated with a lot of walking space. Overall is comfortable and value for money.
Location is good as there is lots of food and things to do in chinatown. ie. foot massage...

I booked a superior but was upgraded to deluxe. I wished they didn't upgrade me, as the room was bad. Musky smell from the aged carpet filled the room. Reception another downside, as they were serving me, a tour agent just cut in with his conversation. Although it appears the tour agent is a regular, the reception should complete my check in before handling request of another party. This hotel urgently need some refurbishment.

Great location just a little off the beaten track
Food court across the road, clean rooms and Australia Network on the box
8.7
i've stayed in tyhis hotel perhaps a dozen times over a several years. location is great with just a short walk to the mrt and clark quay is just a down the road if you feel like slipping out for a drink.
these are just minor niggles so i'll be back for sure.

Nice rooms right next to Chinatown
Great breakfast and afternoon drinks/meal
8.7
The executive rooms in most hotels offer very good service and include afternoon drinks/food and Furama is no exception. However the rooms are a lot smaller than most exec rooms I have stayed in and the hotel facilities such as pool and gym seem like an afterthought. The gym especially is a joke, a broken walking machine and half a dozen dumb bells shoved in a room smaller than your bathroom. The executive staff a without a doubt loving and cannot do enough to ensure you are happy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you were ever interested in seeing Gaylang Rd and all it's colorful nightlife I suggest you do so soon as rumour has it that the entire area is set down for a major development with shopping malls and hotels that will push out the diversity for which the area has become known.
