Great rooms. Location perfect. Pool and gym below average
Great Rooms and location perfect. Right across from Chinatown Point Mall and Central Mall. Breakfast ordinary however, and not refreshed properly. Staff very slow to acknowledge dirty tables and absence of plates and many breakfast dishes. Food itself 4/10. Pool and gym really nothing to speak of. Good Rooms though.

Disappointing the room
I lived in 4th Fl, the room is big, full facilities but the smell is not good, the floor is not dry, too humidity inside the room. I live 3 days, at last night I change to new room because there are water leakage from the ceiling onto the bed. Not value for money.

Baby's 1st staycation!
Thankful that the hotel manage to give me a room that is with bathtub, corner and quiet. They manage to help me arrange for a baby cot.. The only thumbs down part is that the cot is not suitable for 3 months old baby, more suitable for older babies..but luckily the bed is big enough to fit my hubby, me and baby.. :)

Changed room 100% improvment.
After spending the first night listening to the elevator and looking at a construction site I requested a new room and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful view and a better room. Why do hotels try you on with noisy rooms?
