location, modern facility, hospitality, cleanliness,good service, informative... If there were steam/dry sauna be added by the pool, it will be perfect! Definitely I will pick Furama City Centre in Singapore or some other countries's Furama branch for my next trip. In this Asia trip, I stayed in hotels in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, Kula Lumpur in Malaysia, Singapore and Phuket and Bangkok in Thailand, I considered Furama City Centre Hotel received my best rating in all.
Travel tip : In the heart of China Town, plenty of foods to eat and cheap; nearby famous temples but also nearby redlight district...

Clean, nice staffs, big room, convenient. Next to MRT station. Very clean hotel, nice staffs, nearby to many good restaurant in walking distance. Chinatown shopping just 5-10mins away. I like this hotel as it only spend 3mins to MRT station very convenient to go to anywhere in S'pore. Will keep staying here in my coming visit.
Restaurant Tip : Walk to Chinatown. You will see many restaurant at your own choices...

Decent Location, clean, good price Best thing about this hotel is the chinatown location, close to everything and price. The hotel itself is generally dull and has a 1970's feel to it. My room was called an upgrade but it was small and sterile. Hate to see the downgrade room! Anyway, stay here if you aren't too concerned about the room itself, are looking for cheap, decently placed accommodation.

Excellent location and just a walking distance to Chinatown MRT. Clean and bright room with excellent view towards the Singapore CDB. Variety of local food and cuisines in just a walking distance away to Chinatown. Staffs are friendly and smile a lot. The WC should equip with a hand spray bidet while the shower area should have hand shower instead of shower rose. Air-cond duct a bit noisy. Furama City Centre Hotel is the a hotel worth coming back to stay. Very convenient to the MRT, shopping for value goods and a variety of local foods can be found here. Very often you are greeted by the hotel great staffs with smile. The room is nice, spacious, clean and very bright. Very comfortable feelings during the stay at the hotel even though it was just for a night. If you prefer with the Chinese stuff, this is the recommended hotel to stay as it is just located in the centre of Chinatown, Singapore

Location, location, location. No printer in the internet room I'd stay here again, no doubt about it. Centrally located to several key parts of the city. Friendly staff, good service. Very close to
a five star property in its appearance and amenities. Rooms clean and well presented. Awesome view of the city. No power outlet in the
bathroom- that was the only shortcoming during my
stay. Overall a very good value for the money spent.

Located right in Chinatown and also close to Clarke Quay. Very convenient location for business travelers. Easy to get taxis and walking distance to MRT station. Wide variety eatery establishments are right there. Excellent Singaporean Chinese food in reasonable price. There are many currency exchanges in Chinatown as well. Ask several outlets to confirm the best rate of the day!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Easy access to the jogging trails in Fort Cunning.

Very good, new rooms on level 4, great service, excellent location only a very minor comment - some parts of hotel were dated Would definately stay here again. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent location and would certainly recommend anyone considering to stay here to do so.
It is a short walk from clarke Quay and the singapore river. Taxi is very convenient and also you are able to get an MRT from the Chinatown station. There is a fair few cheaper retail shops and food centres near the location.

Clean, newly renovated, front office promptly change my room when I complain that the non-smoking room smells of people smoking. Why do you leave an ash tray in a non-smoking room? The renovation opposite the road is quite noisy. Some of the rooms are very clean and is just renovated. Very value for money and is right in the center of Chinatown. Getting to shops and food places are very convenient. MRT is also just across the road. Only 3 stations to Orchard road. Will be a great place to stay not only during Chinese New Year, but all year round. The toilet and bath area are really nice and clean.
Travel tip : Food, really great food across the road, Hong Lim Food centre. Cost only $3 to $5 dollars for a good meals. Many stalls also have very good food review. Great place for tourist who want to taste Singapore Local Hawker food at very low cost.

great views, good location, spacious room The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring Chinatown. I was given a room on one of the higher floors and had a great view across to Clark Quay and the Singapore Flyer. The room was spacious and had everything you might need (including iron, ironing board). Staff and service were ok. The lobby area is a bit dark and uninviting, but otherwise a good mid-range hotel if you're just stopping over for a night or two.

The Furama City Centre is a good quality hotel located nicely in China Town.
The rooms are not large, however for Singapore standards they are fine.
Two MRT stations very close by. China Town has plenty of eating options. Breakfast if included in room rate is fine. Expensive as an extra

small rooms, too expensive for what you get Have travelled many times to singapore and decided to try furama. I paid for a triple and a cot was then placed in the room. it was total inadequete for 3 adults.They replaced with a better bed after 1 night. Location is good but i believe you can find a much better value in the immediate area. I suggest you try another hotel

Staff performances are the best. The breakfast are great too. Lots of choices. A great shopping location to "People's Park". Rooms are clean & comfort.
