Great location and considerable charges

+ easy access to mrt station, city bus stop, market, convenient stores and walking distance to riverside(clark quay).
my room has window view of singapore flyer :)
neat and clean rooms, beds, bathrooms etc. no foul smell etc.
bathroom was little smaller though, still ok to me( i did not spend my stay in bathroom ;) ).
calm atmosphere near room.
overall, nice hotel in this budget.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
can easily buy 1/2/3 day tourist pass for mrt if you plan to use it more.
contact major stations customer service centre near entry/exit to mrt tracks.

location is 2 mrt station away from vivo city where you can ride the cable car or monorail train to sentosa island. it's also walking distance to chinatown where you can find bars and supermarket.

this is a very nice hgotel in the china town area. is near the eatery and shopping center. ?it is a nice hotel and they have just refurnished the rooms. the size of the room is small but nice. for a lone traveller is ok. for a couple, i think a delux room will be better.
Shopping Tip:
Nice shops around the hotel to buy small items like souvenier.

good location
i would say that best thing about that hotel was its location but rest was just average.

I stayed there for couple of days only.The first room i was given was smelling like a swimming pool as it was on same floor with swimming pool and i could smell chlorine and dampness in my room so if possible then avoid staying at level 6 of this hotel so i was shifted on request to another floor which was better.Room size for club room size was too small but just ok as i was expecting better room and necessities were very basic same as superior room.

Location is good. Located in the middle of the city and the people there is nice. However, the internet rate is very expensive. S$ 25 for 24 hours, no matter you are using for just 5 minutes or not. Also, the hand washing basin is lcoated outside the bathroom. It is not convenient.
Hotel Feature Tip:
beware of the interent charge which costs S$25 for 24 hours. there is no other charging option.

the hotel is good, the location is good, but room service is available only until 11pm and there is no free wifi - which would be a great advantage to attract more business travelers. on the plus side i was upgraded from superior to executive club room due to overbooking.
Shopping Tip:
Big mall right next to hotel, "People's Park", plenty of bargain shopping and food. Also big food courts behind the hotel.

Poor service in terms of quality - we had an Internet booking and it wasn't visible from their 'check list' so we had to find our own solution (meaning go to an Internet cafe) to get a print copy as they were not keen on leaving us using Internet from the hotel - also we booked a 'fancy' room which was more expensive than the others on Internet to get the view on the bay and they gave us a room with a view on... the opposite hotel. We had to argue during 2 hours to get what we did pay for... quite exhausting as a client experience when you have to explain to an hotel how they are suppose to treat their client.
Hotel Feature Tip:
ask for a non smoking room from level 12 for a great view on the bay
