Furama City Centre a good option Guest Rating: 4.0

The beds were very comfortable and our view from the 22nd floor over the Singapore river and financial district was impressive. The breakfast buffett was very good, encompassing a wide selection of western and asian foods. We did not find a good bar to hang out in the hotel which was a little disappointing. All in all I would stay here again.

The location is good in as far that it is near the financial district. The rooms are very clean.

The rooms are very small so do not bring too much luggage as there is almost no storage capacity. The fact that they were conducting renovations in the lobby during the F! Grand Prix weekend was somewhat strange.

We paid extra for the executive room & club but it turned out to be a big waste of money - the rooms are really no different to the others. Not very big and we ended up crammed into a rather small room which had the wash basin in the entry to the room rather than in the bathroom! If you like to use the gym - don't bother. It fits two people maximum and only has three pieces of equipment. The pool area is also poorly set up, no sun at all, drab and unattractive. The breakfast is really poor and definitely not worth paying extra for. Poor selection of warm foods and not even good cereals to choose from. The executive club was a bit of a joke - a small drab room adjoining the lobby of the hotel. The staff were very friendly, efficient and professional but they were the only real positive about our stay. I'm sorry to say the value for money is just not there and I felt like we could have stayed somewhere much nicer for the money.

Location to Chinatown. Friendly, efficient service.

Appealing on the Inside Guest Rating: 3.3

It is next to the mainroad about 3-5 minutes walk from the MRT. From the outlook and surroundings it doesn't feel classy. Even the entrance towards the lobby wasn't appealing but the concierge was much nicer. And the room, definitely 4 stars. It even has a dedicated shower room and a large LCD TV which was surprising.

About 3 minutes walk to the MRT. The room is very nice, with large LCD TV and a seperate shower room.

From the outlook is not so appealing.

The most convenient and Friendly Hotel Guest Rating: 4.0

We have been upgraded to a deluxe room upon checked in, a very nice view room situated at 17th floor, which allow us to get a very nice view of fire work during s'pore national day. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices and selection. The room was clean too. The only disappointment was that the internet charges were a bit expensive. Overall it is a nice hotel, and I will come back for my next visit.

Close to MRT, easy to access to anywhere I like, easy to find food and restaurant, hotel staff are friendly.

Internet usage located at the Lobby is rather too expensive

This is a fantastic hotel that everybody must stay. I book thru Agoda for many times. 3 times the hotel upgraded me to executive room. Good breakfast. Near to MRT station. New to shopping area and restaurant. An excellent hotel for traveller and business executive.

This is definitely an underrated hotel: it deserves more than 2 stars. It was clean, great location, and the people were all friendly and helpful. I talked to many people in Singapore and everyone agrees it was a great hotel.

This hotel is near chinatown and is easily accesible by subway. It is fairly comfortable with a swimming pool.

It is easily accessible by common transport and very close to shopping mall, canteen and other facilities like banks, MRT station etc. The hotel rooms and corridors are spacious and tranquil with very good view. There are a few drawbacks need improvements: Door lock cards are not always working. Glass parition for wash room in Superior suite is preferably frosted.

Location of hotel is very convenient for shopping, dinning and sight-seeing. It is also easy for transportation. Hotel rooms are spacious and tranquil.

Some of the room locks are difficult to open with door cards in one stroke. Wash room in Superior rooms are only separated by transparent partitions which makes people uncomfortable when pissing.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : This hotel is very close to Clark Quey and in the center of China Town with easy MRT transport to resort place like Sentosa.
