Nice Hotel but No Smiling Staff

Althg it's an old hotel, the room are big and nice. Location is convenience, but staff were not friendly. They will too busy with their own thing and forget smiling, esp. Front Desk, ladies look fierce checking in guests. Our room Air Condition broken, and need change room in the night time, need to move all our luggages ourselves. No one helping :(

Common Hotel with acceptable price
Located near People Park Complex China Town, a very crowded CBD and Shopping Centre, near food court, and walking distance to Clarke Quay

I book a superior room through agoda, but when i check in, the reception said that she will upgrade my room to deluxe.s But I never imagine that the room given at 4th floor is without window. Because of no sunshine, the entirely bed, pillow, and bed cover become a little wet sensation. Please ask before check in whether the room have window or not.
