Nice Hotel but No Smiling Staff

Althg it's an old hotel, the room are big and nice. Location is convenience, but staff were not friendly. They will too busy with their own thing and forget smiling, esp. Front Desk, ladies look fierce checking in guests. Our room Air Condition broken, and need change room in the night time, need to move all our luggages ourselves. No one helping :(

Walking distance to China Town and Clark Quay. Reasonable taxi fare distance to airport. Large room size.

Good location for traveler who like night life or dining out until late night. I can just walk back from China Town and Clark Quay. It will be great if hotel provide free wifi.
