Comfortable bed, helpful doormen
expensive internet, no sewing kit in room
Good hotel, location is not as good as advertised, 20min walk to Clarke Quay, MRT not nearby so taxis are needed. However the doormen were very good at organising taxis. Internet was 25 dollars for 24 hours - it should be free in this class of hotel.

Air con need servicing. There was a black out and nobody feedback us on anything.
Furama waterfront is a four star hotel. My stay was quite eventful. When I checked into the hotel i adjusted the aircon to less than 20 degree celsius , however i bith my finace and i were sweating as we felt so warm. We believe that the aircon need maintaince. In addition to this, the toiletries was limited. There were no shower foam and shampoo , just soap.
TThe most eventful part is at 9pm there was a blackout and all the lights were off and there was only one Emergency light lighted up. I waited for 20mins, nobody called me and feedback what happen. I called the reception and they told me that they knew about it and the blackout only affect level 7 which is my level.
My overall evaluation is : This doesnt seems like a four star hotel. It could be better if the staff are more proactive, friendly and there is no service recovery for the black ou.

near to everywhere. fair pricing, 5 star rooms
have to pay hefty charges for internet connection
This hotel is nice to stay at, very near scotts road and the new ION complex, also not far from marina area. people are friendly in the hotel, they even offer me a babycot as I check in, and they even upgraded me to a bigger room so that i can place the babycot, how thoughtful of them. all in would say this hotel is worth staying, value for money if compared to those located at orchard road, afterall is not far from orchard road at all. walking distance to neighborhood good food, near by 7 eleven. ample parking space if you're renting a car or great for malaysian who drives there.

- location
- good service
- decent room, old but maintained
- check in/out taking ages
- room a bit old
- room service too expensive
The hotel was alright for the money i suppose, i cant compare with other places in Singapore. For South East Asian standards it was too expensive, i live in Vietnam and the 3 stars here are better than this, but comparing to all the other costs in Singapore i think it was alright. Check in was friendly, they upgraded us to a newer room on request without fuzz or paying, booked standard on agoda, the room was not that new, so wonder about the standard. Mrt not too far, 10 mins, taxis everywhere, so ok. Overall good feeling about the place,

Very Stratgeic Location, Clean and Comfortable
We drove using Google Maps and the hotel was easily located. The location is very convenient. Very near to Tiong Bahru popular eateries and Clarke Quay which is just 5 minutes walk and 3 minutes drive away. Reception staff was professional and quick with check-in procedures. The room was very clean. Thumbs-up to the clean toilet which I'm extremely particular about. Complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. Will book into this hotel again for my next stay.

pricing, room size, staff very courteous, BUFFET BREAKFAST SPECTACULAR
nothing that I would complain about
From arrival to departure the staff was attentive, the accommodations immaculate and inviting and the location perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel - beautiful and historic. The free upgrade was a welcome touch for our family of four. Location was great. very close to the riverfront bars and clubs. Beds were comfortable. Room was a great size. I can't say enough anout the buffet breakfast; it was all you could want and much much more.
Nightlife Tip : don't fall in the river

fast Check-in, with good shuttle bus service to the well known orchard road shopping area, easily and convenient of getting taxi to move around.
Check-in area is rather small for a big hotel, no waiting lounge or for guests to Q for service or waiting for friends. The pillow is too thick/large for small size guest to enjoy the proper and conform sleeping posture. There are two similar hotel name that always the taxi driver confused with, unless you mentioned formally known as Apollo Hotel.
Location of the hotel is very convenience for guests to enjoy the KTV just next door to the hotel, hotel staff are very experience and help-full. The hotel is very proximity to China Town, and is good that situated at the fringe of the business district where you can avoiding the traffic congestion sound and stress. The Hotel rate is value for money.
Nightlife Tip : The hotel next door has a well known KTV for all the party man.

comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, clean, convenient
though i was told that the housekeeping had already closed (it was already 1am), but they still attended to my request. i was so impressed by the service! I will surely stay again at this hotel. and making reservation with agoda was a very swift one even though i made the booking at the very last minute. very satisfied!
Restaurant Tip : feeling hungry in the middle of the night? walk a few metres away to find a good cheap food!

The staff at Furama Riverfront Hotel are friendly and efficient. check-in and check-out service was fast without having to queue and wait. Rooms are value for money.
Only 1 set of slipper, 1 set of toiletries, 1 bath robe, toothbrush etc are provide for room that booked for 2 persons. This is not the first time I experienced this many time.
The staff at the front counter of Furama Riverfront Hotel are friendly and efficiency. Checking in and out were fast without having to wait for long. The rates were really value for money - complimentary upgrade of room and late checkout granted were the plus point of this hotel.
Restaurant Tip : There are alots of eatary around the hotel amenities within nearby of the hotel. Worth coming back to stay in this hotel again.. Cheers

very good location, clean room
Basically nothing to complain about the hotel, good location, near to the MRT stations and shopping centre nearby. Not to mention the restaurants the hawker centre around. Hotel upgrade the room to deluxe, big and clean room, thou a bit dark even with all the lighting on and the bed is very comfortably and high bed. The staffs are extremely friendly. Value for money is definitely and with the free upgrade is a thumb up.

Friendly staff. Big and spacious room.
The pool was a little cold even in the hot weather of Singapore. Furniture and TV were a bit dated.
We were greeted by friendly staffs, which was welcoming, considering the huge detour made by the cab driver. Note: there are 2 Furama hotels, be sure to specify to the cabby which one you are going to.
The hotel has an old school vibe. Furnishing were dated and has limited channels. Pool was nice and a little cold and so was the Jacuzzi.

Quiet location but easy to get a taxi and bus. MRT is about 15 minutes walk.
This was the first trip for me and my wife to visit Singapore. The Furama Riverfront is the right choice for us. Room rate is acceptable. Our room has a very nice view of trees looked like jungle connected to the city. We have stayed for 3 nights and extended for another night.
The coffee shop at the lobby has a huge landscaping separated by huge glass almost the high of 3rd floor with plants and water fulls. When you sitting there you are so close to the nature.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Chinatown, Little India and Bugis just few MRT stops. Walk out the hotel and turn left, about 15 minutes walk you could reach the Outram Park MRT Station. There are many local shops located in Bugis.
