Generally my stay was ok with some minor hicups. Was wondering if the hotel room have ice making facilities. Called up and enquire but the hotel staff told me there is no such facilities in the room. When I arrived and check the fridge, found an ice palette. Hmm.. I wonder if the staff knows the facilities in the hotel well. Next day during morning, had a shock when I heard a beep at the door and someone actually opened the door. Lucky my door was ledged and it was followed by an apology. I wonder if it was the chambermaid.

Nice hotel w great breakfast

We had a pleasant stay at the Furama Hotel. The hotel was very friendly and were able to help us with any questions we had. The included breakfast in the morning really helped fuel us for the day. If you dont mind walking, its approx. 10-12 minutes walking distance from Roberts Quay and Clark's Quay - both have great dining and nightlife options.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you dont mind walking, you can walk to Chinatown within 1o minutes. You can also walk to many dining options as Clarke's Quay and Robert's Quay are within 10 minutes walking distance as well.

Very good service and close to China Town
Good service, close to China Town, very Friendly, 4 star restaurant in hotel.

I really liked staying at this hotel everything was perfect. We had booked one of the executive rooms for a very good price. We did have problems getting hot water in the shower but we told that to reception and they sent a maintenance person within 10 mins. In the end we kept having this problem so we informed reception about it when we were checking out and they were very apologetic and even gave us a written apology and some chocolates to make up for it.
Travel tip:
If you are on a budget but do want luxury in your room go for this hotel.

Convenient location with reseasonable price

I have stayed at the Furama RiverFront Hotel many times and usually had good experiences. However, every now and then, I will end up with a room with "stuck thermostat" or wrong bed configuration, etc despite special request and confirmation at the front desk. The positive thing is that these were eventually remedied,(so inconsistent quality and some slight inconvenience). The rooms are adequate and the location suits my needs. The price as booked through AGODA is very reasonable and makes it a good value.

The buffet here has a lot of varieties, which is satisfactory.
The location is great, close to Chinatown which is a must visit place in Singapore, and convenient transportation to everywhere, I took the bus to Santosa, take the subway to India town,and short cab ride to Marina Sands.

Easy accessible to Chinatown, Tiong Bahru where there are alot of good, value for money, local food spread. Hotel room is big for a family of 4 with young children. No need extra bed. Bed is big and spacious.

the hotel was everything you would expect from a 4* in singapore, however, the rooms were of a good size. facilities were good and staff friendly and helpful. the breakfast was varied and a bonus as included in the price. the location allowed you to move easily and close to a 'hop-on, hop-off' stop which was really beneficial. check-in and out smooth but be prepared for high internet costs.
