Easy access to points of interests, away from hustle and bustle of city
Should display notice of availibilty of bus shuttle service
Easy access to points of interests, away from hustle and bustle of city. Good meeting plsce. Reception was accomodating when I request for exchange of twin bed to king bed. Really appreciate that room upgrade to Club type.
The bed was comfy. Room ambience and lightings are excellent. Building interior old charm is cleverly maintained.

hotel looks recently refurbished
overall clean - nice atmosphere
hotel staff taking care of you
food okay
decent 4 star - good pricing
just a bit too far for a pleasant stroll to clark quay - because of humidity you better take a taxi
for this price, I had a nice stay
at arrival there was pleasant help from the staff
concierge and guest services work impecable
room was refurbished - not opulent but precisely what you expect for the price
the overall stay at the hotel was pleasant - good service at the bar, decent food .. the people really do their best for you
only minus was the fact that I had to pay for internet (5 Sin Dollars for 15 minutes) - that service nowadays is included in even more cheap places - just walk out to some terrace and you have free internet access
Travel tip : one shopping mall is close - for other shopping or sightseeing it is better to take a taxi - as singapore center is SMALL that will not cost a load of money - also trainstation nearby

Good size rooms, clean, nice lobby, very professional staff, good location.
It's always hard to make up my mind when choosing a hotel room on line, you never really know how the real thing is until you are physically there. Price is important but my comfort it is also.
This hotel it was not disappointing, starting from the good location only a 5 minutes away by taxi from Orchard Road and if you like walking also about 15 min walk from Robertson Quay and restaurant area.
The Lobby is very nice and the staff is very well trained and professional, the rooms are large, clean and comfortable.
It was not disappointing, very good value for the price in Singapore.

Located in an quiet place. There is a very large double bed in standard superior room which give me a sweet and comfortable sleep.Wherever I go in the hotel, the staff always greet to me with a smile.
It's better to have internet connection in each room. Therefore, I need not to go down to computer room for accessing to internet.
Whenever I come back from outside late at night, I find that the room is in a clean and tidy condition. I will give 100 mark to houskeeping staff of the hotel. Hair drier is placed inside a cabinet which enable me to dry my hair easily after bathing. And I can put all my valuable thing or doucment inside the safe when I go out.
Restaurant Tip : It's better to have dinner a little bit earlier in Singapore as most of the restaurant will close at 9:00pm or 10:00pm

Beautiful environment, colonial style fixtures. Efficient and friendly staff.
I am actually very happy with my stay (1st time) at Furama Riverfront. Although the location is not centered but there is a shopping mall called "The great world" within walking distance and you can do a bit shopping and there are some restaurants there too. The room is very nice and clean. It's been reconditioned very well. The staff are all nice and friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

location, room decor and comfort (upgraded)
charge a lot for internet - why?, bathroom little shabby, terrible quality coffee in room.
The upgraded room was fine although enamel chips on the bath and very basic toiletries in bathroom, it may seem trivial but the coffee supplied in the room was the absolute worst instant coffee I have ever tasted - staff were pretty good and helpful and the overall ambiance of the hotel is good as is its location.
Nightlife Tip : Clarke Quay very close as is China Town.

Near Orchard Road. Rooms are spacious. Also has a nice pool and dining area.
Furniture in the room was old.
This is a hotel that was refurbished sometime back. The room furniture and bathroom looked old. Still it has many of the basic amenities like cable/satellite TV, kettle, complimentary coffee & tea and an ironing board. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and checkout was fast and smooth.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel is near Orchard Road but I recommend catching a cab there instead of walking thirty or so minutes in the hot & humid weather.

The room was very well appointed and it was confortable.
There was some noise, this was indicated when I checked in due to the hotels commitment to improve the quality of service.
The prior reservation was already at the Reception and check-in was drama free and the staff was very helpful for any task that were put to them. Depending on your requirements you need to think about this when making your reservation, ie breakfast/no breakfast. Still overall great place, would stay again when I am downtown Singapore.

Very helpful staff. Good service and clean.
The room design is rather simple.
Overall, the hotel is great however there is nothing interesting around its vicinity. The closest MRT station, Outram Park is 15 minutes walking distance. Or perhaps Taxi would be a more convenient option.

Nearby is Clarke Quay. Five minute walk and a nice place to spend the evenings
Might do with some refurbishing!
Very close to a nice place to spend the evening, namely Clarke Quay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The SPA is quite okay and they also offer (normal) massage in the room, which is very convenient. The swimming pool looks good, but unfortunately I could not try it out, due to bad weather during my stay.
Nightlife Tip : Walk 10 minutes to Clarke Quay where you find many pubs and restaurants.

Reasonable prices.
Good staff and services.
Clean and trendy rooms.
Good facilities (nice and big swimming pool).
Location is a bit far away from shopping and dining. There's not much happening within walking distance.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Tiong Bahru is a must go place. Only about 3 minutes by cab and lots of traditional food to eat on the 2nd floor.

Central Location to entertainment
Hotel location little hidden from the main road
Overall would stay there again.
Their Superior rooms are bigger that most hotel walking distance to Zouk, the dance club, but one needs to take a taxi to Clarke Quay.
Quality of food from Room Service is competent and prices reasonable.
Unfortunately no coffee shops within walking distanece for local fare.
Good place if you want a hotel without too much "buzz"

Nice location as it is located nearby the clubs and bars, suitable for those who enjoy nightlife.
Good-looking frontline staff.
1. Very far from public transport. If you wish to walk to the MRT or bus, it is quite a long distance.
2. The hotel did not even provide complementary water for guests.
When being asked about the bottled water, the staff simply said "You can drink from the tap in the bathroom because Singapore water is drinkable". Staying in Singapore for 7 years, I understand that fact that Singapore water is quite clean but no one can promise that the water pipe is clean. Even my friends, who are Singaporean, never drink tap water. I want clean water, not tap water please.
Other than the above incident and if the hotel can rectify this issue, I think the hotel is worth a stay. The good location can be compensated for the long distance to public transport.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel charges very high for a bottle of mineral water. You can drink the water provided in the room first and walk about 100m from the hotel to buy a replacement which costs you much less.

room size, central location, PRICE, staff
Location (explained in review), price of alcohol and breakfast and pretty much everything else besides the price of the room through Agoda.
I've stayed at this hotel twice in the past. I stayed in a superior room and was charged through AGODA. The room would have costed 4 times that price if I went directly to the hotel. I was also upgraded upon arrival so I had a very nice size room. When I arrived the rooms had old small CRT's, but they have upgraded to samsung LCD's. They have a decent pool on the 5th floor, but it lacks a hot tub. As far as food? I did not eat there because breakfast was 28 singapore dollars per person when I could walk down the street and find something for a lot cheaper. The location is very central to everything, but at the same time there isn't much within walking distance so expect to be paying for a taxi. Orchard is within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel especially for the price through Agoda. You are not going to find a better hotel in singapore at the price.
Nightlife Tip : Stop by Clarke Quay if you want to eat and drink. A lot of night clubs and bars plus restaurants in that area.
