The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. For a 4-star hotel, it value for money. The decoration in the room is a little bit old. It is old type of TV instead of LCD. Nowdays, in most of 4-star hotel, the TV is LCD screen. The hotel is value for money. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. but the furniture is a little be old. No LCD screen TV. The location is good if you like to clubing at night. It is very near Clark Quay and short distance to Orchard as well. Some famouse local restuarant are only few hundres meters away.

Good location, nice view of the gardens from rooms, very clean and serviced everyday or upon request, good room and hotel facilities and great value for money. There should be a reliable public phone on the compound. The one being used is outdated and malfunctions. The hotel is located close to many attractions such as China Town, Orchid Road, Town Hall, beaches. It has all the amedities that we needed. Having a swim in the afternoon is quite refreshing. Plus free shuttle bus tales you to the Town Hall every hour. Rooms are very clean and servived everyday. I return to Singapore again, the first accommodation choice would be The Furama Waterfront Hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If your plan to go green with your holiday, this is a good hotel to stay at. We found the neceessary tranquility and relaxation at this hotel and the sourrouding areas and attractions.

work well it very so the ac needed to work well the staff coild speak good english and the pool area was clean and the pool water was clean and i would stay there any time i was back in singapore

Convenience and located in a startegic place Except is is not near to MRT station. The hotel is located in a strategic area. 3 minutes walk to a bus stop is where you can board on SIA hop on tour for SGD 12 per pax to tour around interest places in Singapore. Good Indonesian food in the hotel restaurant and if anyone like to try the famous Singapore Curry crab, just 5 minutes walk along Outrum Road, you can find a famous restaurant.Overall hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly.

The hotel was still excited about receiving the best mid price hotel in South East Asia. We really saw them at their best. Everyone was keen to help and give advice. Couldn't have been better. Nothing significant comes to mind but we've travelled a long way since. My sister and I really enjoyed this hotel. It was our first time in the South East and everyone was welcoming and very helpful. Standards in this mid price hotel were excellent. They had recently won the best mid price hotel in South East Asia and were very keen to keep up the standards. We were out of our comfort zone but this was an excellent way to begin our trip.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There were three different Hop on Hop off buses operating in the area. We knew we were booked on one of them but arriving jet lagged at the bus stop, we were slow to work out which one! Singapore airlines operate a reduced rate on one attatched to them. It would have been nice to know more before we got there.

value for money. Reasonably spacious no eating places within walking distance. Furnishing slightly old. Staff not very flexible A well maintained 4 star hotel. I was greeted with a decently grand looking main lobby when I arrived. The check in process was not very smooth. I presented my booking voucher in pdf via my phone but she insisted that I print out the voucher. Was given a free upgrade from superior to deluxe category. The deluxe room was spacious and clean. The decor was slightly old though. The bathroom was also spacious, just that it lacked a separate standing shower. I had a chance to use the swimming pool facility. The changing room was clean and had hot shower. The pool was in a odd shape and had a jacuzzi at the corner. Overall, I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel at a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back again.

great view, excellent room service, terrific ammenities; great musicians in the lobby, big t.v. screen This was an excellent place to spend a lazy time. The view was great! It would've worth it to pay for the upgrade, but the staff gave it to me for free!! The hotel is across the street from the river, so it's near great shopping and eating. It is also near Chinatown and in walking distance to Orchard Street. I especially enjoyed the music which played every night at the Waterfall Lounge.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can take advantage of several sight-seeing locations from this hotel.

terrific string duo which plays every evening,

gave me a free upgrade the standard room had a horrible view I originally stayed in a standard room. However, the staff upgraded me for free to an executive suite. What a difference! It would've been worth the money! It was a great place to recuperate from surgery.
This hotel is located near the river and near Chinatown. There were a large variety of shops and restaurants to go to; sight-seeing was easy and close by.
The food was good and the selection was small. Room service was quick. I especially enjoyed sitting in the lounge, listening to the music, and drinking tea. The waitresses and waiters were very helpful in all the restaurants and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It is easy to take a walking tour and the hotel is close to city tours.

We got a good deal on the price. We didn't check in until 7 p.m., yet one of the two rooms we reserved was still not ready! We were in a non-smoking room as requested, but the entire hotel and floor we were on smelled of cigrarette smoke. The location of the hotel is acceptable as it is relatively near to Clarke Quay. The front desk staff was friendly enough,though our rooms were not ready on time. The rooms were small, and the furnishings minimal. If you are looking for a relatively inexpensive hotel then this is probably OK. The pillow on the bed was really lumpy!

Very good hotel. Convenience for my business. The Furama River Front where nearby china town area is very good hotel event it quite old ready. But their still give a better service for all guest. It's very convenience to appoarch to shopping area and business center. It's help me a lot to due my business there. Many restaurant around this hotel. Effecient and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Not too expensive Bars resturants overpriced and room service quality not too good. Charging for bottled water but no sign saying it is not complimentary I stay in this hotel quite often. It is reasonably priced and a good location. The staff are friendly and helpful which is custom to Singapore. Downside is beaurocracy. It seems to take an age checking in and out which is annoying if you are on a tight schedule and there is a queue.Consierge services are helpful. Tip, check the drinks prices before partaking to avoid shock and embarrasment.
Travel tip : Tip. Be aware of the nightclub next to the hotel. It is very very expensive. Check the clientelle and cars arriving.

The room was very clean (we were upgraded to a deluxe room without asking) and the staff were very helpful. We thought the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of food to cater for all tastes. The closest MRT was Outram Park. It is a good 10 min walk. A bigger window would have nice but because we were in a corner room we only had a half window. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Furama Riverfront. Everyone was very helpful and went out their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location is okay with lots of other hotels close by and a shuttle bus at regular intervals during the day and early evening. The walk from Outram Park MRT felt a long way in the afternoon after a day of walking. There is a lack of restaurants close by so we needed to catch a taxi at night for dinner. Would definitely stay here again. A big thumbs up for service and cleanliness.
Travel tip : Include breakfast in your accomodation booking otherwise it will cost you S$25++ per person. There are no places close by for breakfast.

A lot more better the Furama City Centre, clean comfort. Price is much increasing during F1 period.
