Good Hotel to Stay in Singapore Guest Rating: 4.5

I'm a repeat customer of Gallery Hotel. I recommend anyone to stay this hotel in Singapore because of the convenient location and easy access to the restaurant and bars around. The rooms are clean and no issues at all.

Clean, good location and convenient.

Two separate Eeevators are needed transfer to your hotel room. Room numbers are on the floor - first timer to stay there would be confused.

• Restaurant Tip : There are many good restaurants around Robertson Quay area, and also there is Clarke Quay area about 15 minutes walking distance from Robertson Quay where you will see many excellent restaurants and bars.

A price isn't suitable for the buffet of breakfast.

There are Japanese restaurants in the distance to walk easily.

A bathroom is small.

• Travel tip : It is pleasant at night, and the restaurant of the riverside is all right for drinking liquor.

The location is nice and very good to go to some Japanese restaurants where are located along with Singapore river so that the good mood being there at night.

I enjoyed my stay at the Gallery. The Gallery room was very spacious and the room service was great (got the bed turned down every evening). The Gallery Hotel look like it is in a awkward spot from the river but once you workout the transport system and find out how far you are from things it is very close to all the places that are of interest ie. New Quey (Shopping, Clubs & China town, restaurants & bars).

The room was spacious and we had a great view from our room of the swimming pool.

I was annoyed that I was charged $1.00 Singapore dollar for 1 x black & white A4 image. I found that to be excessive.

It is a small boutique hotel in Singapore which located very close to the city area. It's not within walking distance to the heart of Singapore but close enough for taxi. I have stayed there in two different rooms and rooms in the upper level floor seems to be better than the lower levels in terms of cleanliness and hotel condition. The room is quite comfortable although the bathroom is quite small. Outdoor pool is also nice!

It's quite comfortable in the room. The price is reasonable and location is not bad.

Overall the room and bathroom is small and service is just average.

The Gallery hotel is one of my favourites when visiting Singapore. Its location near Clarke Quay and on the riverfront make it a good choice for restaurants and bars and it is only a short taxi journey to Orchard Road with its many shops. The rooms are a little small but comfortable, with attention to detail in its decoration and comfort. The best feature of this hotel is the infinity pool on the roof, where one of the sides of the pool is made out of glass, so you can dive and see the street below! Room service is efficient with a decent à la carte menu. Use of computers is free if you do not have your lap top.

• Nightlife Tip : Within walking distance to Clarke Quay and its many bars and restaurants, not so popular with the expat comunity anymore,but worth a spending a night out at.

We have stayed at the Gallery hotel before and we´ll probably go back when we return to Singapore, it is in a very good location, with lots of very nice bars and restaurants near (the Japanese restaurant in the same street is one of the best in Singapore). If it is not raining make time to relax by the pool and have a swim there, One of the sides of the pool is made of glass so you can see the street while you swim, very good fun!!

I stayed at the Gallery Hotel for a weekend, it is a convenient distance from Clarke and Boat Quay and a perfect distance from Robertson Quay. Facilities are good, the Em bar is great and the staff are friendly. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Free internet connection, cheap mini bar and good gym.

The pool area is surrounded by construction and taller buildings.
