The staff were rude and disorganised. They were frustrating to deal with. The fixtures in the toilet were broken. A truly disappointing experience!

Good hotel in great location
Modern hotel in good location for entertainment and exploring

Staff are friendly and the hotel is modern. Breakfast was included and caters for western and Asian taste. Located on the river right next to Robertson Quay so plenty of great places to eat and not at tourist prices.
This was my second time staying here and would return. Location is good for getting to tourist places like resort world etc.

Not much to comment as we stay overnight for New Year Celebration.It's rather inconvient to go to the room at 8th floor need to take to lift to get there.

not a bad hotel, the service wasn't on top. the location was good though. but if you are expecting a super cool design 4-stars-hotel, this isn't it. i wouldn't feel any difference between 3 stars and this one. the design part was mostly exterior since the rooms wasn't that impressive regarding the design.
but it is a nice location, you can walk to clarke quay in like 10 minutes. the fitness center is also good but the pool area is small. not so good. next time a visit singapore i am going to go for another hotel. this one wasn't bad but it wasn't good either.

check in counter female staff was not friendly & was very rude at first.
the other staff on handling our luggages were very helpful
inconvenient on the lift issue because we have to change lift to get to our floor.

Junior Room has a bit more space

Upgraded to the junior suite which was more spacious. Bathroom again was just to retro.... should have blinds put in.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Lovely surroundings and accesibility but rooms too small. Within walking distance of Clark Quay

I booked two rooms as i am travelling with another family group. The check in was fast and smooth. Their room very clean clean but small. Maybe not suitable for a family with older children. Hotel was under renovation at the lobby when i was there. We didnt try the breakfast but the place looked crowded.
Maybe this hotel very suitable for couple or single traveller.

The lobby was not inviting, makes it look cheap. The way up to our room is strange, we have to take two elevators. We never located the gym. Great Wi-Fi in room. After paying/booking the room online, the buffet breakfast was not included as advertised. The complimentary shuttle to and from Orchard Road should have a later quitting time to accommodate dinner and shopping time.
