The room was dirty. There were cockroaches and rats in the room. I will never ever recommend this hotel to any human, leave alone animals.

Reasonable Price. Walk down a Block met Mustafa Centre, 24Hrs Shopping. Hotel located not to far from MRT. Under the building have a little food centre but they sold drinking water a brutal price. walk along the street way to MRT found a Indian Convenient Shop sold a Drinking Water Cheaper, or the Cheapest at Mustafa Centre.
Shopping Tip:
Located near 7/11. Do not buy a Drinking water under the Hotel Building.

Although the name is Grand, many people think it is Grand Hotel as famous in Ochard and Little India but it is different.
Dirty, no cleaning for 4 day, old funiture, no condition....
Good thing is only that near Mustafa Shopping Center

next to the mrt station and near the shopping malls

the hotel room was not bad but there was no remote controls for air con and tv. we couldn't adjust the air con's temperature at all. and it's too cold to sleep comfortably. we had to get up from the bed every time we wanted to change the tv channel. not convenient at all.
