Friendly staff, cozy environment Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore is a nice, cozy hotel to stay in during your trip there. Staffs are friendly and helpful, making the stay there a pleasant one. The location can be a drawback but it is quite near to Orchard Road, the main shopping area. The hotel provides shuttle services there & it helped us a lot. Overall, the hotel provide value for money and we enjoyed our stay there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Sentosa Island, Singapore Flyer and Night Safari is a must for a first time visitor to Singapore.

I asked for breakfast for my son in the room and the staff was quite impolite about it. We really enjoyed our stay. Spacious room with fully furnished facility. The staff is friendly and helpful - good service. Good location - near shopping area & restaurant. Definitely we will be back again.

The service provided by the staff was good. They promptly upgraded my room upon request. As i was there on new year's eve, i had a satisfying view of the fireworks at Marina Bay. I enjoyed the international buffet breakfast. The swimming pool operating hours could have been extended. I would recommend this hotel to travellers and even locals seeking for a quality 5 Star rated and yet value for money hotel stay. The hotel is conveniently located and accessible to nearby shopping centres like the Great World City. As i was there on new year's eve, i had a satisfying view of the fireworks at Marina Bay. I enjoyed the international buffet breakfast.
