location is great and buffet is abundant.

service is too slow and needs to be reminded multiple time, room for 2 is small and also a bit old fashion , not really a perspective of a 5 star hotel . no shower but bath tub in the room . internet is expensive

my stay at the hotel is very convenient for the location and to walk to clark quay where all the entertainment is . the hotel inside the bed room do not look like a 5 star , a bit old fashion and not trendy at all. the service is too slow and need to call many times to remind them about what you ask for. internet is a bit expensive in the bed room . in conclusion , value for the money is not really the best

Grand exterior outlook, hot bath

No bathtub for superior room

It was a short weekend get away idea for a family of 3 and we looked forward to a hot breakfast in the morning so Grand Copthorne became our choice when the price was just right.. If I were to stay with my friends instead it would be because the Zouk is juz conveniently situated beside the hotel!!

Nightlife Tip : Zouk is just beside hotel
