Service with a smile and lovely views
good service and restaurants

excellent service at check in as the request for high floor and non smoking room was noted. however was a surprised to find a bathrobe on the floor and the bathroom had a weird smell. the room was not big but had good views of the river and major singapore landmarks like the flyer.
Nightlife Tip:
Located next to local popular Zouk.

Due to plane delay we only had 5 hrs in out beautifull room.. but those 5 hrs were a cocoon of comfort and luxury! Hope to one day return for a long stay!

Shabby looking reception, poor service, bad food...the kind of hotel that does the bare minimum to get 5 stars but doesn't feel at all luxurious. Photos are misleading..

front desk staff was very polite and helpful. i extended my stay after a 3-day business conference and they let me stay in the same room without extra charge despite it's 2 separate bookings.

Had an eventful stay. Arrived much earlier than check-in time so they put a rush on the room and we were checked in ahead of time. Ended up in hospital on day 2 and the staff couldn't do enough to help us including a late check-out on our final day as our plane wasn't leaving until later. The hotel was lovely and in a great location ,staff were extremely helpful and courteous and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Really enjoyed all aspects of our stay, esepecially being able to come back to the hotel after checking out and change ready for our evening flight. However, the facilities on the 5th floor were not air conditioned and were somewhat hot. Extensive buffet breakfast, and dining and bar facilities were much appreciated.
Travel tip:
If you wish to arrange a shuttle bus to the airport, make sure you inform the concierge 2 hours before you want to be at Changi.

Quiet surroundings by the river
Away from hustle and bustle yet close to trendy night spots

this was our second stay at this hotel and decided to book a higher class this time. the club room was average size and the lounge was a nice place.
Nightlife Tip:
There are a lot of fun restaurant/night clubs just across the river.

since i was on business trip and will be very minimum stay in the hotel but i had great time in the business floor, but the hotel is 3 stars rather 4 stars
Hotel Feature Tip:
i could not say anything about the sightseeing or attraction since the hotel is not near anything, and there is a single small mall near me so the only thing i say the hotel has club floor which service the business residance with all they needs
