Last time I stayed here was 2 years ago, and coincidentally, was fortunate to get a free upgrade to the same room! In terms of layout and maintenance- unchanged since 2 yrs ago. But note, it does not mean tt the furnishings were old. Things were still well maintained.
Swimming pool was a tad smaller than expected though.
Only downside was that the light in the standing shower section was not working,but mitigated by the other lights available outside the standing shower area.
Nightlife Tip:
Ever popular Zouk is just next door.

We checked into the hotel at about 8pm in the evening and was warmly greeted at the front desk by the staff. Not only was the check-in efficient, we were presented with the option of having connecting rooms with our kids without us even requesting or suggesting.
The same staff checked us out the next day and remembered every details of the small talk which my wife and i exchanged with him.

hotel in great location for all areas of singapore. 10 minute walk to clarke key for restaurants.
asked before arriving if we could be given a "river view" room and hotel duly oblidged.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for deals regarding breakfast if not included in your booking, buffet breakfast excellent and relatively inexpensive if you sign up for duration of your stay.

We took up the weekend away superior rooms on a whim, not knowing what to expect, but we were totally blown away in the amazing location, cleanliness, and efficiency of this fantastic hotel.
The 24hr helpdesk number was very helpful and aided us in several of our mildly annoying enquiries. The beds were very clean and comfortable, with the exception of a slightly-too-soft pillow, everything about the room was simply perfect.
Breakfast was also a sight to behold, were a mouth-watering array of delightful food items that would please even the most discerning of palete. Two (make that as many as possible) thumbs up!

Good location for those who likes to party

The nearest shopping mall (Great World City) is one bus stop away. If you are someone who likes to party, Zouk is just beside the hotel. Rooms are quite old, the standard room has no bathtub. Other than that, they have pretty good service :)

Lovely rooms with great service

the room is spacious and the staff are always with a smile. being a club room, i would expect nothing less of course, but the staff do go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. i had no issues with checking in and out, and my 3 days there was nothing short of fantastic.
