Solid hotel, great refurb
Nice rooms, helpful staff

the hotel was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were immaculate. the only slight downside is that there aren't any mrt stops right there, though the nearest one isn't that far. overall, i'd recommend this hotel.

Good hotel... but canpt get a taxi on busy nights
6.7
Overall very pleasant staff. Restaurant dining staff was not so great though. Was late in getting menus, attentiveness not good too. Also, breakfast was very chaotic. Tables not cleaned fast enough. The concierge staff was fine, especially lady (can't remember her name!) Also should really be free wifi at least in the lobby area.

i have always stayed in shangri la hotel is singapore. this is the first time i tried out booking through agoda to singapore. i was wondering about hotel standard. it was certainly good value for money. the location is also great with orchard road being just a ten minutes walk from the hotel. the lovely waterfront and excellent view beats other 5 stars like pan pacific, the marriot etc. service is also fantastic.

Both my mum and I were very happy with our stay at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were extremely comfortable, and we were within walking distance of a mall which was convenient. The atmosphere was extremely festive as we arrived on Christmas Eve, and will definitely stay at this hotel when we back in Singapore.

great hotel with poor service
beautifull room, good location, near to city (orchard), have shopping mall about walking distance
6
the hotel is located in a very strategic location, near to city if you want to travel by cab. unfortunately it is not near mrt station. there are a bus stop in front of hotel but because the hotel was located in on way road so you have limited choices to go. about 5 minutes by taxi to orchard and city hall and vivo city.
very bad front desk staff. when we checked in, she didnt offer help to find porter. we must find by our self. the next day morning we asked for extra bed and they said fully taken but at night when we tried to different staff, we got the extra bed.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Clean,nice decor,great rate
7.7
Nice hotel and excellent service.Love the buffet breakfast and stuff are really courteous and friendly.Food selection is excellent. Nice size room, huge LCD TV and it's very clean. A bit far from MRT, but you can catch bus 51 (in front of Holiday Inn)to Clarke Quay station, or walk along the river. Public transport is cheap so it's not a big deal.
