I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Overall it's good, clean and comfortable. The view is also good. Location is not to far to the MRT station, just 2 stops away by bus. A nice place to stay. But I couldn't get nowhere by walking. I'll give rate 6 out of 10.

you can go to the brand newly open casino, also great shopping area around vivocity or orchard road, the new universal studio in sentosa and the beach clubs around sentosa, alot of newly open electronics area as well, its amazing and fun

I arrived in Singapore very early, got to the Hotel at 7am and after breakfast was able to get into my room by 9am already.
I also requested a late check out - again no trouble, reception staff was very helpful & friendly indeed.
I would rate the food 6/10, there is room for improvement here, especially fresh fruits, maybe a juice bar? after all it Singapore!
However everything else was just great, would happily stay again.
Shopping Tip:
shopping nearby, both sides of the hotel, short walk to both Orchard road and Marina.

Check in and Check out was painfully slow. Only 3 Front Desk staff on both occasions even though many people waiting.
Long wait for taxis on Sunday morning.
Poor selection of food in Brio Coffee Shop and very expensive compared to similar S'pore hotels.
Nice room and attractive Weekend Rate thru Agoda.
Convenient for Business Area and West Coast Highway

I stayed on the club floor and was great ... service, view, and room ... would defiantly recommend this to people who want to stay in the Qlarks Key area in Singapore Excellent Italian restaurant and very good breakfast great service

we were upgraded to executive level even without us asking for it! counter staff were exceptionally friendly and chatty with my partner who happens to be caucasian but totally ignored me in spite of the booking being in my name and the payment made by me.
apart from the obvious preferred treatment for caucasians and a grumbling, couldn't-care-less lady who was clearing tables at breakfast, generally the staff were nice and highly efficient.
the old guy and a nice malay girl welcoming us and ushering us in just outside the entrance were very friendly, helpful and genuinely warm although they must have had stood there all day long...we saw the same faces in the morning, afternoon and late in the evening!
the breakfast buffet spread was very great. if you're vegetarian or can only have halal or kosher stuff, the salads, fruits, yoghurt, muesli and bread choices are plenty and very fresh!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A bit out of the way if you're into shopping or visiting tourist attractions. But walk 5-10 minutes and a nearby arcade has a bus stop where comfortable, efficient buses comeregularly to take you into the heart of the city. There are also free shuttle buses.

Nice hotel
Nice ambience, clean and tidy

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel, overall cleanliness was satisfactory. Hotel service was so-so. Air con was not working at its optimum.
