The room is very comfortable and nice. Everything is clean and tidy. The staffs are so helpful to provide many suggestion for the tour and traffic.
The bad point is only it's far from MRT. We should take bus or taxi.

I totally enjoyed my stay here for my business trip.
The room is tidy and clean. Hotel provided all facitilies I need and the staffs are helpful.
But it's far from MRT station. It's better for a traveler with a rented car or wiling to take bus or taxi.

location was pretty good than previously i was afraid of. 5 min to Orchid by taxi was quite convenient.
room was big for its price. my previous experiences with other hotel i could say this hotel has pretty big size for entry level room.
Could improve the breakfast menu. Not much selection compared to other hotel at the same level.
Restaurant Tip:
there are quite a few chinese local restaurant around the corner of the hotels.
Ask around for it and you can enjoy the local food just near by.

Great Location, bad breakfast
Hotel lies at the end of the pedestrian area and is quiet. Rooms are nice.

Inspite of the good location and the nice rooms the hotel lacks a good atmosphere. It is all about money and as a guest you should make as little effort to the staff as possible. If it is convenient for them, they lie into your face. Also I had two consecutive bookings and I explicitly told them about that. However, it was not entered into the system and I was bothered at 11pm about when I am going to leave. When realising their mistake, they could have at least said sorry. Also the breakfast is anything but delicious. The juices are watery, the coffee has a bad taste, if you want a proper coffee you have to do it yourself, there is an eternal queue in front of the omelette man, since that is the best dish you can get. The buffet is badly maintained and does not look appealing. Also the staff is running around like hens without heads. I have been there three times, but quality has deteriorated and hence I won't go again.

Awesome hotel with great location

Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel is located at a very good position. With 1 of the hottest club Zouk situated just at the corner, it's a great place for party goers. The view from the hotel room is also great as we can see the Singapore Flyer and MBS.

Breakfast service has improved since last stay and food quality good though choice a little limited compared to other hotels of its class. Nice and clean and modern. Staff friendly and attentive. Swimming pool a little on the small side but generally has good facilities.

Nice Hotel, some rooms are very small
Good location you can walk to Robertson Quay and Clarke Quay where all the nightlife happens

Arrived at Midnight, I had to forward the Agoda voucher as they didn't receive it yet. Got the room after 45 minutes waiting. At least I got upgraded as no superior rooms where available.
Arrived in the room and went in the bed. The bedsheets where not smelling a bit, I was so tired and slept.
I asked the next morning to make sure the bedsheets are properly changed which they did...
