I need the room as a room a friend had booked was a shoe box the room i got was a club room. I had booked deluxe room but was not ready on arrival i was asked to return in one hour. On my return i was told i had been given a club room which was a truely great room.

I had a really nice stay at the hotel, all staff members were very polite and always smiling
I had left the do not disturb on one day and i had a phone call that afternoon to ask if everything was okay. I thougt that was nice.
Room service was excellent.
Only cristism was that internet was 15 dollars a day. That was very expensive considering most people would just check a few emails or facebook.
Other than that i would recommend the hotel to other friends and family.
Restaurant Tip:
Roberts quay is very close by, providing excellent food, whilst not as busy as clarke quay.

Nice enough hotel near the city. Good location for sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, etc, and an easy taxi trip to most places in Singapore.
Rooms are decent albeit a bit older looking. Some nice views from the city-view rooms. Good amenities.
Service is good and staff are generally quite good.
The breakfast buffet is very good.

Arrived at 7 am after overnight flight from Australia and although could not check in earlier, reception was kind enough to arrange early check in at 10am. Stayed in Club room as other rooms not available due to the F1 and enjoyed the lovely Club lounge with great wine and appetizers. Rooms decor were rather jaded but comfortable

Nice hotel off the city centre. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the location may be a little inaccessible.
