Comfortable Stay, Good Service

good selection of tv channels and located a walking distance away from great world city shopping centre. many food options. managed to view the national day fireworks from the room i was in. near zouk.
great location for a staycation.
Restaurant Tip:
Would recommend Nagae restaurant for good, authentic and reasonably priced Japanese food.

The room was great, not like those tiny tiny rooms in other hotels in Singapore, new and clean

A bit far from the MRT station so quite inconvenient. Have to take taxi most of the time and it can cost quite a lot if you travel often

my second stay in grand copthorne waterfront. this hotel never disappoint their guest. rooms are clean and in room services are up to standard. although staffs picking up reservation phone call was rather disappointing and that even though i made an email feedback, there wasn't any replies from the hotel side. not even an acknowledgement. however putting aside those unpleasant encounters during reservation, everything else was quite a satisfaction to me. i will definitely be back for future stays in grand copthorne waterfront.

Prefer Hotel when i am in Singapore for business trip, check in was quick, room clean and comfy, great resturant and 10 min walk to great world shopping center. Taxi are always available.
Had great experience, with manager giving a courtesy call, and basket of fruit was send to the room. Great work!

Lives up to the Copthorne Brand name.
Great hotel, friendly staffs, clean with sumptous breakfast.

Check in was fast, friendly and within expectation. The room was kept cool and ready as we opened the door. The deluxe room was very spacious with river and city views.
The only complain I have here are that housekeeping should not disturb when the Do Not Disturb sign are on.
