Good for a short getaway

The room service was pretty slow as it took 20 min to deliver extra towels. Location not convenient as it not near to train station and nearest shopping mall was 10 min walk. It was raining and were stuck in Hotel, ended up taking a cab to the mall for our dinner as the Hotel’s restaurant was fully booked.
But very accommodating to my request to upgrade our room when they see us with 2 young kids. Very spacious room and amenities well stocked up

Good location and nice hotel setup
they provide baby crib for free!

Going to visit our parents in Singapore but lack of room in their apartment, so we decided to search for hotel. This hotel is good in location and they have many restaurant choices in their group. Most importantly, they can provide the baby crib for free and set it up in our room for us without extra charge!! That is exactly what we want! In the back of the hotel is the river park and very nice environment to take baby out for a walk. Room is very nice and clean as well. Oh! by the way, when we check in the hotel, i accidentally lost the entry card in my passport and lost it onthe ground. The hotel staff was nice enough and patient enough to find us and tell me i have lost this importnat document!! I can't imagine if they didnt do that, what would happen!! The only thing I would complain is the breakfast. Since there are so many people in this hotel using the complimentary breakfast, it's crowded and sometimes have to wait in line. The food is ok but not great.

Nice hotel perfect for family

We really enjoy the hotel rooms. we got two rooms with connecting door, the kids really love it as the window is looking towards the pool and the river. At night we can see lights from the buildings which is very pretty. They have a shuttle bus that go only to few places and we need to make a transfer with MRT, really hard if you have little kids with strollers, so we decided to take a cab.

Lovely hotel but service is not good

The date of check in, i have my room after 3 hours waiting even i have request that i have late check in after 3. At 8 pm, i finanly got room for myself. i support paid for that day half day charge, but they still charge me whole day which pissed me off.. also i paid for breakfast 3 days, on the 3rd day, breakfast area have moved somewhere in hotel, we asked, they showed us the way, and when we come, they don't accept our breakfast.. What a horrible hotel...
Restaurant Tip:
15' walking from hotel, you can find Clarke Quay there, have dinner over there, multi choice for a meal

Great service, friendly staff

Pros: We had a special need with our young daugther and Vicky, the front desk manager, promised us a solution before we came from US and delivered on the solution.
Cons: Some of the room facilities are in non-working condition, e.g., ethernet jack was broken and AC was stuck in cold condition regardless of the thermostat. The AC situation was rectified by the staffs as soon as we reported the issue.

Clean rooms but service could be better

Check-in and out took longer than expected. Other requests besides check-in and out requires the guests to be all in the same queue. The process is inefficient. Otherwise, the hotel room is reasonably comfortable.
