clean, friendly staffs, cheaper rate when booked with agoda, spacious room, very close to major shopping area-important! lift to the room is too far from the lobby altho its good for walking exercise... i altered my reservation which was easier done by calling agoda representative, very helpful.
Shopping Tip : next door is Far East Plaza where you can find up-to-date gadgets at cheaper price, The Galleria opposites the hotel where exclusive boutiques like LV, Fendi, Gucci, DIor to name a few is at.....a walking distance to all major shopping centers; Ion Orchard, Tang, Paragon, Takashimaya etc etc....
