The hotel room is comfortable and spacious. The only thing that the toilet doesn't come with bath tub. However the location, the choice of restaurants and the comfortable room make up the absence of the bath tub.

Fantastic service and great location
the location is in the heart of orchard road. The breakfast was superb and the restaurant reflects singapore's multiracial society and their food

The staff was very polite and always greeting and rendering help. As our families were visiting us, the concierge even gave us extra carpark pass.
The only set back was the check in was very late and we had to wait at the lobby till 3pm with the kids and they can't grant us early check in.

Ideally located for business and shopping, right in the heart of Singapore - Orchard Road.
Rooms (Grand Deluxe King) quite spacious, but somehow ceiling level in the room is a bit low...
Restaurant has great food, increadible variety but seems overloaded during dinner time, serving was too slow.

I Would rather book a taxi with additional SGD 6 rather than join long public taxi quee in front of the hotel especially in morning rush hour, but the hotel staff very helpful on helping on the quee providing coffee and tea

I have visited Hyatt Singapore for many times and reached to a conclusion that this is perhaps one of the best hotel in Singapore. It is located within the heart of the city, very close proximity to their central shopping district (5 min walking distance). Their room was also very huge and comfortable inside.

Overall during my stay in this hotel, no doubt, Grand Hyatt Singapore is the best five star in Singapore. I like the room as it is really cozy. The wooden accent in this hotel room made it look simple and very natural. The room decor is not too much which made me feel warm. Of course, I also love its food.

This hotel can be considered for all kind of traveler, business traveler, sightseeing, honeymoon, family trip etc..

I have purposely selected this Hotel because it's 5 star and located within walking dstance to my favourite shopping outlets nearby.
I like the room, very modern , cosy, 2 separate big flat screen TVs in bedroom and living, option of long bath or shower, study table with access to free wifi and the layout is just great.
