The room was a suite with a living room and has its own kitchen. The hotel services ofcourse great and my family was satisfied with the room and the service. The best thing is the suite is so cheap. I love booking hotel with Agoda.

Fantastic service and great location
the location is in the heart of orchard road. The breakfast was superb and the restaurant reflects singapore's multiracial society and their food

The staff was very polite and always greeting and rendering help. As our families were visiting us, the concierge even gave us extra carpark pass.
The only set back was the check in was very late and we had to wait at the lobby till 3pm with the kids and they can't grant us early check in.

Walk away 5mins to ion mall (mrt downstair), good hotel,very helpfull staff. Even very old, I used to stay here, since I little kid. The room maintained very good rate, bathroom equipment super,toileteries I love it so much.
Nice stay will come back for sure.
I upgrade my room, with separate living room,which have another tv, cd player (very entertaining for my kid)

hyatt is situated in a superb location. the rooms are pleasantly furnished and of ample size. the in house restaurant and bar are both great meeting places for friends and family. front desk is helpful and efficient. as the hotel is centrally located, there are plenty of shopping malls to visit to cater to a wide range of tastes. a very enjoyable stay. will definitely stay again.

I have had the first time to stay here. i was sastified with all the hotel's services but price. the price of this hotel was so expensive. nearly Price with marinabay sand hotel :(

we can take a short walk to Ion shopping center just about 10 minutes.

i just feel very disappointed, because i arrived on 12 noon, i got the rooms on 20.00 singapore time.
