Location opposite shopping mall (Parkway parade) and access to many many great food outlets
Forgot to sent newspapers, even local ones to rooms
The outstanding feature of this hotel was free access to internet via computers provided in the business center as well at a corner of the lobby.
I was able to get stuff printed free of charge and in a speedy manner at the business center
The staff were friendly and helpful
Housekeeping wasn't that great - some parts of the room was not cleaned;
Restaurant Tip : Great local eateries located round the hotel especially at the back of Roxy Square e.g. Katong Laksa, Liang restaurant next to it,

Near the airport and offers free airport transfer
Room furnishing on the old and drab side. Toilets need a major improvement
Other than the convenience of the hotel's proximity to Changi airport (and also free half hourly airport transfers), this hotel is over priced for it's location and room/toilet furnishing and condition. Both the latter needs marked improvement to vie with other similar 4 star establishments in Singapore. Service is adequate though. If one intends to do major shopping in Singapore then this hotel is not suitable as it is located out of the CBD or major shopping fare.

Nice and clean rooms, helpfull staff and good location.
Only stayed one nite on a weekend, so nothing much to say about the hotel. Nice and clean rooms, helpfull staff and good location of the Hotel. Quite a few pubs and shopping possibilities around. If you're with your own car, easy access to all other places in Singapore. Taxis are ok, but needed to wait quite a while till we got one.
