poor front office staff service

Front office staff are rude. The hotel seemed to be not working well among the departments. Specific requests are commonly ignored and a lot of miscommunications are felt throughout. Quite dissappointing for such a brand and for Singapore where things are more organised.
Hotel Feature Tip:
make sure that everything you communicated with the hotel is in written. otherwise the front office will simply ignore and shout at you without listening to you first.

Great Hotel

Lovely hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable in fact we go upgraded!!! We only stayed on a stopover as we had a connecting flights to get the next day. But we were both very happy with the hotel and intend to book in on our returning trip home. Food in hotel was also good.

it is my second stay there and like the hotel very much as very convenient to the shopping centre and beach. parking is also convenient only thing no lift access to the lobby which have to carry luggage up.

The Room is quite on a higher floor than I expected.. great view on the swimming pool, due to raining that evening, din get to swim much but still nice. comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and the shower water's temperature is really nice n hot.
Good range of cable tv channels to choose from, a few good looking restaurants to choose from inside the hotel, convinent to bustops that have buses to the city in 15 mins, a big food centre are just across the road with nice and cheap local foods.
The hotel do have gyms, Internet kiosks, spa, bar/wine counters to cater to different needs :)

There is a in-room massage service and a spa inside the hotel that you can engage, looks good for total relaxation

At the end of the day you get what you pay for. The hotel is not Grand like many of the 4/5 star hotels in Singapore but it is clean and functional. My room was good size, pleasant view of the pool with adequate furniture and comfortable bed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
For me the visit to the top of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel for was sensational because of the views and ability to take photos.It is on the 57th floor.

The hotel served all of our needs. We would recommend booking accommodation that includes breakfast as this most likely would be a better deal than paying separately for buffet breakfast.
Service was friendly and efficient.
Shopping Tip:
Shopping is nearby across the overpass.

We stayed six days. The Hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the airport and to the MRT station in the mornings.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Very close to shopping centre and supermarket and an excellent food hall over the road.
