Nice hotel in the heart of Singapore

grand park city hall is only a few blocks from the river which has many restaurants and shops to visit. we were upgraded, not sure why but it was nice. the rooms were very clean and staff was very pleasant. would recommend this hotel.

the hotel provides free parking for customers however the slots are limited. The hotel should provide more parking lots for customers. the bathroom in the hotel is also too small however it quite clean. overall I think that the price is slightly too high for cutural hotel.min. 50 words

Nothing Grand Except For The Location

The hotel really doesn't live up to its five-star rating except for the location. The bathroom is a particular headache: the toilet never flushes properly and the shower merely drizzles lukewarm water--I understand that it's summer all year around but someone does need a hot shower! I actually turned to the swimming pool shower facilities. Will not come back.

i only stay here for a night, but i found the spacious rooms is pleasing. the rate is also cheap, the only cons in my stay is trouble finding a taxi during rain. but you could always walk to the mrt station for just 5 mins walk. overall i would recommend staying at this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
just across the hotel is the funan lifestyle market where you can find all sorts of computers, gadgets.
