a good hotel with a great location
free internet in a room is an excellent compliment

good value, very helpful staffs, the bellboy greeted us with our language which a sign of a great gesture and make us feel welcome. the location is close to mrt, shopping center and city hall bus stop, it was a good experience for our family.
Travel tip:
if you want to look for affordable meals, you can always go to bugis street, which is 5 minutes away by bus.

Simple quiet hotel in the heart of Singapore
ITs in the city and easy access to orchard city and pretty much anywhere

The stuff were really hoospitable, room wise compared to other grand park hotels not as good but alot cheaper, even so room was spacious and toilets too. one of the better hotels ive stayed at for the price range in singapore
Shopping Tip:
Raffles place s.s and orchard are really nearby to this hotel. orchard is just 3 train stops or 10 mins by train away

Great Location, big rooms, cozy executive table, easy access in the heart of Singapore, only thing is during my stay they are having renovation on the staircase area and a bit noisy and dusty.

excellent service from reception, concierge, housekeeping. they were all courteous and helpful. Location to digital shops is just a few walks. Dept. stores are 3-5 min walk,

upon arrival we were greeted with a wellcome drink.we check in swiftly. and our room, wow!it's spacious and clean. we tried the bed oh, so comfy and freshly new. the bathroom,so convinient to use.the fixtures for hanging clothes and towells are perfect. it's also wifi free

the bed is so comfortable and really relaxing. it's so nice to sleep and relax after a tiring day.

One of the best hotel we've ever stayed
A room with windows and Free Shuttle

one of the best hotel we've ever stayed with the most complete amenities provided in the room.
we actually weren't expected to get a room with windows so we were very excited when we found out that our room is with one.
it is located strategically near mrt station and funan. they also have free shuttle van with fix schedule to few famous spots.

Central location, close to MRT

The staff were so welcoming and helpful in every regard, the hotel is well situated near the City Hall MRT, restaurants near the river and walking distance to many of Singapore's best museums and Fort Canning.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Fort Canning: a huge park in the centre of the city, lovely gardens and grand old mansion, now used as ballet class and other community activity space, great to stroll around and have a break from shopping and busy spaces.

The Grand Park City Hall is nicely located to the City Hall MRT station which is also an interchange station so it easy to go to places. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. The staffs there were also welcoming as well.
