A very comfortable hotel...

Stayed for one night due to flight cancellation. Friendly and helpful staff. Room service was abit of a disappointment though. Called about 3 times to ask for ice but no one picked up till our 4th try. And the ice never came after the staff said he will bring up to the room. Thats the only down side. Other than that, must try the Spa.

when i first put my feet in the lobby of this hotel, i can see how it gets its reputation from. The lobby is big and cosy, the receptionists are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and pretty big for two people. I will certainly come to stay at this hotel whenever i visit Singapore.

rooms were comfortable, well taken care of an clean. It is in the middle of the Marina Bay district with a variety of food and shopping options close by.

stayed at the hotel for its location and comfort level perceived. the room exceeded our expectations especially with a complimentary upgrade even though we hadn't asked for it.
just a slight suggestion to improve on it's wifi availability in the rooms, not just at the lobby.

Nice bright lobby. It will be good to do away with the dining tables and chairs near the coffee house. Main entrance facing the back of Peninsula Shopping Centre. It can be quite congested. The room is musky and stale but the bed is comfortable and big.
Hotel Feature Tip:
It is near to shopping malls and Mass Rapid Transit station. Very convenient.
