Location is fantastic. Walking distance to Boat uay and Clarke Quay and shopping area at Raffles City.
Location of the Hotel is exceptional. Walking distance to Boat Quat and Clarke Quay and also shopping area of Raffles City.
The Lobby area is very impressive but unfortuantely the rooms are a little disappointing.

every department have fantastic staff.Good dining outlets.location cant think of any. perhaps no wireless connection like all other hotels my husband underwent knee surgery and not being able to walk, we needed a hotel with a large room and bathroom and near elevator. On requesting for these even before arrival, front desk said it will be taken care of.On checking in and somewhat apprehensive, the check in went smoothly and pleasantly surprised to find our room just by the elevator as promised and the room was of adequate size with matching bathroom. Room service was excellent, house keeping and conceirge services right on and even provided us a wheel chair.They even provided our elderly friend a wheel chair when he came to visit.
Restaurant Tip : try the lunch buffet, very good spread. Dont miss the dim sum and special dishes at the chinese restaurant.

temperature control was poor, either too hot or too cold, no electric water kettle Great location betwwen 2 MRT stops so it was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Nice size room. Only real negative was the room temperature. Temperature control did not seem to work, on was too cold and off was too hot.

some rooms facing another building across the road, very small pool the reception is good, location is good for shopping. The room is slightly on the small size, despite the claim of 300ft2. The bathroom in particular is a bit small for a hotel. But in general the room is comfortable and the renovation is good. For the price I paid I think it is reasonable.

The best features of the hotel is the appearance, very nice, looks very luxury The transport to the hotel, especially from the nearest train station, walk quite far in my opinion, i like the hotel, because i am the guy who likes to enjoy at the hotel room, The room very nice, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast menu is good, not like standard menu, but its more than standard. This is considered as huge hotel, so it looks very huge and luxurious. ok guys, its worth to stay at Grand Park Hotel. i assure you, you will not regret it. all the best, good luck

The great service at this hotel starts at check in. Wonderful dedicated staff who are very, very helpful. Room comfortable, clean and quiet. Location near City Hall train station and fabulous shopping makes this hotel a good value for money. Staff very helpful. Limited nice places to eat immediately nearby. I love Singapore so am a little biased. The hotel is great but I really don't like the area very much. I have previously stayed at Carlton on Bras Basah Road, Raffles Plaza (now Fairmont) and Swiss Hotel the Stanford which are in a nicer location, however if you want value for money, go Grand Park City Hall and book through Agoda to get the best deal.
Restaurant Tip : Fatty's Restaurant, Albert Street opposite Sim Lim Plaza - (very casual,very clean and good value)I can recommend the Black Pepper Prawns or Chicken Hot Pot. You can walk (15 mins)or get a taxi but you need to give the taxi driver specific directions as they have never heard of it. It is in a mall so taxi will drop you off at end of mall. Nice walk back to the hotel.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located No free internet -- could not detect wifi at all. Actually read our requests and provided us a room on the clubhouse floor (no extra charge) because we like rooms on a high floor! The concierge was happy to book our dinner reservations. Doorman helpfully advised us we could walk to dinner -- and then provided us with an umbrella because it was raining.
On the down side, the hotel breakfast is only an expensive buffet, but there are nearby coffee shops.
The location is very convenient to museums and eating places -- Clarke Quay in particular. The entrance to the subway is also a quick 5 minute walk.
We would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff and personalised service with genuine and sincere concern over guests' well being. To give you an example - I had the manager calling me to see if things are allright since I've had the Do-Not-Disturb sign all morning for days. The area around the sink under its top is missed when cleaning, leaving mouldy stains that seem to have been around a while. Not a problem except that it can be seen when sitting on the commode so it can be a bit of an eye-sore. I had a concern manager who called to check that all is well despite me being another normal ordinary guest, rather than a VIP. I am flattered and touched by their genuine interest in their guests' well being. They also never fail to attend to my needs each time I enter or exit the lobby, without me having to seek or ask to help or attention. Talk about being sensitive and attentive to guests' needs. The amazing thing is experiencing all these warm value-added 5-star equivalent service without the 5-star costs.

Location, rooms, cleanliness and staff performance. Lack of complimentary internet access. I liked the location of the hotel, the cleanliness and the room size.
It lacked complimentary wireless internet access.
The check in and check out process were great and smooth.

The large, well appointed bathrooms were a real treat. The service from the concierge was excellent. Check in and out was extremely efficient The room smelt of stale tobacco, despite being a No Smoking Room Terrific location, walking distance to Clarke Quay, Raffles shopping centre, and a little further, Arab Street. Next to MRT and bus routes. Clean, efficient hotel, knowledgable concierge. Our stay was absolutely hassle free. The feeling of the hotel staff was one of a polite distance, there was no bellboy follwoing and walking you round the room, they understand that guests want good service but not be overwhelmed to the point of intrusion.

Staff are very helpful and courteous. Restaurant food is one of the best in Soingapore. Buffet choice is beyond the normal plain selections and makes eating a pleasure. The Grand Plaza is staffed by very friendly people. They make one feel like an old friend. Nothing was too difficult. The foyer and the coffee shop are perfect places to meet business contacts and many did so during my stay. The walk attractions nearby make a little exercise a pleasant pastime. A stroll across to the park gets one to Suntec city surprisingly quickly. The bus connection nearby for a free ride to Suntec is even faster, though if time is not lacking the walk is very refreshing.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the lo location of the hotel makes it perfect for dropping over to Suntec City via a very pleasant walk on the surface. There some interesting history within short walks from the hotel in the near by marina parklands.

Well located. Minutes to MRT station, shopping, restaurants & Pubs. Nothing I can think of... Definitely a good hotel to stay in! Well located in the central. Minutes to City Hall MRT, Shopping Malls & Restaurants. For the pub lovers, it's just 5minutes walk to Boat Quay. Or 10minutes walk to Clarke Quay. It's also walking distance to Suntec Convention Hall & Singapore Flyer.
A hotel that I would recommend my freinds or relatives in future.

Hotel is in a central location with Marina Bay and Clarke Quay within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The room was ok with King-size bed and LCD tv (but no Football Channel). Bathroom was decent. The swimming pool is a tad small (take care as the shallow portion of the pool is sloping and prone to causing slip). Staff service was of acceptable standard.

Near to City Hall MRT - Great location - if u like late breakfast be ready to ask for everything because near the closure they don't refill juices and food... The hotel is perfect for knowing singapore. it is walking close to major tourist attractions (Merlion, esplanade ,fort canning, National Museum, singaporre's eye) and 2 MRT station from Orchard. great location!!!!
