We were stay one night in Singapore,very nice hotel,staff was friendly and helpful.room are clean and tidy,only size of the room bit small,but it was ok for two people,bed is very comfortable especially after long day travel that was very relax.hotel is locate in city centre,it was good for shopping.lots of famous shops around,breakfast is buffet which included everything,lots of option for food,very nice!i will stay there again if I visit Singapore next time!

nice, clean and friendly staffed hotel

perfect location, it was our second stay at this hotel. lovely staff and very co-operative. we arrived early morning and the staff were very accomotative to check us in early. only thing we still disliked about the hotel is the pool, other than that, all was very good.

Small Deluxe Rooms and Bad housekeeping
Great location for shopping and medical facilities for Mount Elizabeth hospital patients

whenever i stayed before at this hotel, it was comfortable.
but this time, housekeeping is horrible. they don't come even the light for housekeeping is indicated. this service has deteriorated. i went to office in the morning, put the request sign on door for cleasn the room, but when returned in the afternoon, i saw room was not cleaned and light button was on.
i stayed 8 nights over there, but 3 days happened like this. i complained and then they just said sorry and cleaned the room later.
towels (particularly hand towels) i found only on 1st day and later no hand towels were served. even complains didn't work.
deluxe room (my one) was very small and outside the window, another hotel is coming up under construction, so basically no view outside. very bad experience this time.
Shopping Tip:
If you choose this hotel, you can choose only for shopping or hospital attending. Don't book any Deluxe room, if possible.

this is a very lovely hotel with good and service. the location is very convenient for shopping goers and very near to mount elizabeth hospital for people, like us, which goes to singapore for medical purposes. the is room is quite small but it is the standard to most hotels in singapore. nice and clean room. the staffs are friendly with nice smile.
