very nice hotel direct at orchard road. many restaurants and shopping malls in walking distance. very friendly and professional staff. nice renovated rooms with a great bath top.

Don't forget Ngee Ann City opposite the hotel. Best place to shop.

Great location, very close to Paragon, Takashimaya, Mandarin, Lucky Plaza. Price is acceotable, newly refurbished hotel, so is it very convenient. Will reccomend everyone to stay there.

I love this hotel and surroundings. Perfect location, ambience, services and total value for money. This place is splendid, its just perfect as a melting pot and shopping activities. And the hospitality is awesome, love the interior of the room and also like swimming pool area. Highly recommended this place to my friends! and i would love to came and stay again!

Grand Park hotel has a good location at the heart of Orchard. The hotel is newly renovated. I would not say that it is cheap or worth value of money but definitely if you want to go to Mt Elizabeth Hospital for medical reason or shopping at Orchard, it has one of the best location.
Shopping Tip:
Takashimaya across the street is a good shopping center, and Lucky Plaza has cheap souvenir

1. check in (arrival at 2pm still dont have room to stay,
2. asking for hotel things (30 minutes not coming also)

prime location, not so supreme service.
the location is supreme, only a few step walking into the heart of orchard and to find a cab to go around Singapore is so easy

Got a crystal club deluxe room, the free meeting room is so nice and helpful in doing my work and meeting over visit in Singapore.
The room service is not as good as the room category of crystal club. the personal check-in on crystal club is so helpful and very nice.
Travel tip:
always use hotel taxi stand since it never get a long line for a cab queue.
