Good Location, good service
Price was excellent for location,

I was on the 10th floor facing Paragon Mall. did not like the shuttered effect on the building, the room was dark and no outlook at all like looking through angled beams.

The hotel is in great location in the middle of all the shopping centres. The hotel is pretty crowded but the overall is new (just renovated) and clean. The room is decent. Only problem for me is power outlet - which is not enough. I had to unplugged the lamp just to charge my cellphone and camera. Concierge staff are also very nice and helpful.

My daughter enjoyed the pool. My husband enjoyed the gym and the bar. I enjoyed all the shopping malls nearby. Would definitely come back here to stay as it is very convenient to find nearby food and shopping area.

Great location for shopping

Stayed in deluxe rooms here for 2 nights. Special request for connecting rooms were provided promptly during check-in. The rooms have nothing to shout about but relatively new, clean, and modern. The hotel location in the middle of Orchard Road is I think the primary advantage of this hotel.

We had a great stay cation at this hotel. It is situated right smack in the middle of Orchard Road, fabulous jumping point for shopping, esp during the busy Christmas season!

Bad experience, checked in at 2pm, before even getting the room key, an unfriendly female receptionist said I have to check out at 12 sharp..... then told me you can only checked in at 4pm.... Over heard an Indian couple travelled a long way and been waiting for hours for checked in as well.... If there is a choice elsewhere, I'd not come back

The hotel is nice and clean, great location, profesional staff that always try to accomodate your request.
Location is excellent, only across the street from Takashimaya and other department stores.
I would definitely consider staying here again for my next visit to Singapore.
