Great location, friendly staff, and quick service

I found the room a bit too small for this price, meaning the beds are small, the bathroom is crampy. Have stayed in hotels in this area with less price but more spacious. Other than that, we are pleased with the staff and location. They are great.

very new nice hotel
Centrally located in the Heart of Orcahrd Rd, next to Paragon shopping mall. It is new, 20min to Airport

Pretty good! NICE/ NEW / CLEAN.
only 20-25min to the airport by Taxi.
Train stations are walking distance way.
Lotsa shopping... and food surrounding us

Great hotel in a Fantastic location!

Our stay was very short, just a couple of hours but the room was clean and new. Location was the best if youre into shopping.

Very nice place to stay, but i'm waiting for about 2 hours before check in, the room is not ready yet. the internet is free but very slow that time.
overall, will look forward to stay at grand park orchard my next trip

good first impression, but...

at first i was impressed with the interior of the hotel, but when i got inside, there is a strong smell of smoke, so, someone smoke in the room, even though my floor was non-smoking...
i was too tired to ask for a room change, which i did the next morning, which is a big hassle for me...
but other than that i was quite happy with how they treated me and my family...

Great location and great hotel for shopping
Easy access, comfortable and convenient

Nice and comfortable room, love its location. The only negative thing I would say is the bathroom and shower area which wasn't as comfortable.
